Alright so Sunday night with my music and as per usual its not dull in this end of the bowl.... after a very fun sat pm with VB and some of her gal pals we wont talk about how it ended.... followed up by a very fun day that included brunch and a VERY VERY fun afternoon (not) nap time and then late lunch on the patio by the beach.
Since I'm writing about communicating I feel like I wanna get straight to the point so it amazes me when I see this story happen BUT it does , meeting someone new who you have never seen a picture of ?!?! WTF ladies please I know I encourage meet anyone for coffee you never know BUT if there too high profile or bla bla bla to send a pic and I mean like hi right now because any guy who doesn't have a smart phone and wont send you a pic at the drop of a hat is a BIG SHINY BLINKING RED LIGHT , this is a no exception hard rule period.
Now the next subject and why we keep going round and round on this is amazing to me BUT allowance ... If you don't clearly state what your needs and expectations are and then proceed to start acting like a spoiled GF the definition of this taking presents or what ever envelopes come your way and not talking about it...... your in the GF pool you cant suddenly act like you want it to be an arrangement your giving off a mixed vibe and just confusing him..... Ok now even I'm confused
The conclusion is before you meet someone be open and honest with yourself and what you want. There are babies who would love to be the spoiled GF and some who don't! So decide communicate and be clear about it because believe it or not the whole smart older wiser guy thing doesn't mean that the guys are psychic or can read your mind.

Thanks for the referral on the allowance issue subject however my situation is slightly different. I have no problem executing this area of a SB/SD relationship but unfortunately by the fourth date where no allowance was evident even though we had discussed it. I had been meaning to ask him about it and then our travel plans came up and I completely forgot to ask and now I leave for a 20 hour flight and week trip with him tomorrow without the discussion. What're you're thoughts? :)
Well you need to make sure that he understands that this is a requirement and part of the game, It has to be brought out by you obviously so you can say and use it as leverage to not on the plane or you can go away with him and have a great time and bring up in your own way as you travel In this particular case I would say go away with him a great time be the most fun he's ever had and then make it clear when you're back you need to help out and taking care of per se that would be your angle, I would say the soft cell is your best approach at this point
Vancouver Comedy
So now its my turn to laugh and shake my head, I meet this girl online cute pic seems nice lots of talk and comedy we make plans to have dinner I met her originally on WYP , we talk about expectations other girls I date this and that and mention how chemistry and connection are important to both of us ok were on the same page fair enough. ....THEN she says to me well how much are you giving me for dinner and I say to be honest I turn away dates so you tell me and she picks a amount and Im kinda like oh yeah that would be what I would give a girl in my city who was coming over after dinner but FOR dinner not happening (remember its 8-1 single women to men in Vancouver ).
She then does the whole I want a guy who will just spoil me without expectations routine, oh yes please treat me like an atm LMAO umm I was clear in the mutual part and what my expectations were so umm you think on it and MAAAYYBBEE if you are nice we can have coffee next week because heck no hard in that
So lets review Chemistry is important but oh then I wanna be paid to show up and I wanna treat you like a cash machine ,heck who needs chemistry or a connection for that .......by doing this you never ever meet and who knows what would have been. Ah well her loss was another girls dinner ce la vi

I need your advice. I just dove into the sugar bowl recently and I haven't had much going on (a few lunches and shopping trips) but then I was approached by a new POT who is wiling to give me my allowance every time we meet plus a shopping trip. The only thing I'm weary about is his suggestion to go to his hotel the first time we meet. Idk what to do because he's perfect but it feels like he's rushing the physical aspect. Am I being stupid or no?
If you have no issue taking his money and letting him take you shopping then this is the balance of it and is pretty normal to me if you feel different you should always voice and talk about it , everyone is different
The basis of this is you should always know what your getting yourself into before you start what you want from it and likewise this is why communication is the biggest lesson

Tonight's post gym wisdom is on what seems like a tough subject for many babies in the bowl. To me this seems like such an easy one but first let me background everyone , In my world I have interaction in various form or another with five different girls as well of those girls they have four other friends so lets count it up as nine babies in total.
The message I have heard loud and clear this week is that the "allowance question is the most awkward thing for you girls to ask ?!?!? This is kinda stunning to me. I hear many different reasons from I don't wanna give the wrong impression to Im worried he will think that its all about the money, um ok because the guys are totally shy talking about sex!
My personal favorite covo this week with one of the cutest babies I have ever met on tumblr (I hope your blushing) we were skype chatting the other night and I say why is this hard and she has her reasons and I said ok so lets mock it out if I say I want you to come see me for the weekend and act like my fun sexy GF what will you say and shes like oh I want X , ok that was easy shes like yes but you made it like a transaction, I say ok so if I say hey come see me lets hang out shop dinners pamper you up , she giggles (did I mention a very very cute southern accent....does it sound like I have a crush yet ? ) she says oh I would probably just come hang out with you then. Tha'ts cute and kinda adorable but .....LADIES !!!!
You are not meeting guys at makeafriend.com or christiansingles, they know what the website is called and this is a guess BUT likely they know why they are there lol as a rule I always bring up allowance convo expectations and my personal boundaries before I even meet because I don't wanna waste anyone's time,including your own. Everyone knows what the deal is, you can and MUST bring up allowance.
Try something like "what do you expect of me timewise from me ?do you want turn into a spoiled GF ? or is this just fun for you? etc etc etc, your reply should be ...... ok mmhhmm thats great for that kinda role Im looking for an allowance in the neighborhood of $xxxx a week or a month or what ever. Simple tactful conversation and I would do it by text or phone or something before a meet with the pre requisite of If we like each other have chemistry or what ever then these are the lines on the board to act as parameters.
