My name is Emily and I'm 18 years old. I live in the UK near London and am currently studying for my A Levels: History, English Lit and Chemistry. This blog is all about achieving my aims, the main one is (obviously) to lose weight. I have always struggled to lose weight and cant remember a time when I didn't feel self-conscious about myself. My lunch a few days ago- look at that COLOR! 🌈 you should always aim to eat an array of color at every meal to insure proper nutritional intake. This was from Mother’s Market in Costa Mesa, CA. Marinated tofu, broccoli “beef” (soy beef), spiced Indian curry rice, quinoa, and a rice mix with veggies. Xx
