This unfortunate event that happened in the car when he was driving Kage home from the airport was just stupid on his side but admitting that he’d been wrong wasn’t Morrigan’s strongest feature. He preferred to avoid repeating those mistakes he’d already made. “In my defence,” he started melodiously, “Logan’s fucking time travels allowed Trask to live happily ever after which sucks since finishing that runt used to be may number one life goal in the good ol’ times when you weren’t even around this planet we have here. Y’know, the wild seventies. – – – Oh, I miss the bell-bottoms,” Morri confessed dreamily and got back to his suitcase to bring out a tootbrush. On his way to the bathroom he elbowed Kage jokingly, giving her a smile, and continued walking as if nothing had happened.

When she turned around, she saw Morrigan acting like a model of Mutant Gentelman Quarterly, a blue one, tensing his muscles and shit. Well that was predictable and boring. She let a sigh and shook her head. ‘Well, not much except for the whole redecoration thing.
