About this shark
Name: Varuna Race: Hybrid Maormer Leviathan (way more than just those two...) Age: Unknown (was born a bit after the end of the second era/beginning of the third) Height: 9'5" Sex: Male Sexuality: Bi with a male leaning (more under the cut)
Appearance:
In uniform:
A tall, scaled maormer leviathan with odd traits from the plethora of other man/mer that were in his daedric parent. His eyes are a sign of his truly bizarre hybrid status, showcasing the maormer pupil-less state mixed with the black sclera likely from that of his daedric ancestry. His skin tone as well in general seems to own the slightest bit of melanin compared to the usual colorless skin of his majority-race, even if it seems to be concentrated upon the upper half of his face more than the rest. He wears a mishmash of Maormer armor/robes as a sign of disrespect and to somewhat blend in. To Varuna, they are trophies that he uses to show off. He even alters some of them to fit his tastes more. Info/Backstory: Varuna washed up upon the shores of Pyandonea one day after a dual execution, which implied that he was in fact the horrible hybrid child between the two they had just killed. Somehow, they decided to not kill him, but instead raised him to be a powerful slave and guard dog when he grew up. They placed a shock collar on him at a young age that only would be upgraded as he grew, strong enough to fully destroy his entire nervous system if activated, which could be turned on in small increments or not. It often was used as a threat to keep him in line. He snapped after years and years of servitude, as they decided that his genes were perfect to diversify their dwindling genepool, considering how smart he seemed to be despite his hybrid status. However, Varuna utterly disapproved of being used like this, which lead to them attempting to kill him via that shock collar- however he had been waiting for that day. He had learned storm magics much stronger than they would expect a maormer leviathan to learn, to the point that while the electricity flowing through his skin charred his neck, it did not harm anywhere else- instead if fueled him, which lead to a rather VIOLENT escape. He very nearly was contemplating on killing their so-called 'immortal king' when this happened, as this whole idea was his to start with, which disgusted the mer utterly. He didn't mind being used, but like this? That is where he drew the line. He never did attempt to assassinate Orgnum, wanting his freedom more than anything. However, it did make him wish for all of his own kin's demise, as revenge for making him do all of that with the threat of such a STUPID form of death. He generally thinks all Maormer as idiots and morons who need culling out of the general genepool of all sentient beings. He finds the altmer particularly interesting, considering the issues that the maormer have always had with the people. Maybe they'd be more home than the one he's been. He's recently stolen a rather powerful artifact to keep himself powered; the Mourning Stone, and then immediatly messed with the Embassy in Skyrim. That however has lead him to learning about a particular emissary, which then has lead him to becoming a brand new member of the Thalmor.
