Here’s the thing when it comes to Louis: there are very very few people who are willing to examine what makes this dude tick. And that’s fine, that’s your prerogative. What you end up with though is this polarity within fandom: either people hate the shit out of him and are rejoicing about what happened, or people love him to the point of blindly coddling him/excusing real vile behaviour and placing ~blame~ on Zayn for this Twitter exchange we just witnessed. From where I sit neither of those positions are particularly helpful.
