Infographics
Info graphics are useful for people who are more visual, and it help with giving out information in a more artistic way.
I suppose an example of a every day info graphic is the weather, because it has what temperature it’s going to be that day but it also has a little picture and also pictures for the rest of the week.
What makes a good info graphic is if the pictures correlate with the information well. Also, if it’s organized well and it isn't too overwhelming. Another thing is if it has a good amount of pictures and information; not too much of one thing.
So far this unit has been pretty cool. The spreadsheets were kinda boring, but so far info graphics are pretty fun.
Create a new spreadsheet and edit with others at the same time — from your computer, phone or tablet. Get stuff done with or without an internet connection. Use Sheets to edit Excel files. Free from Google.
Spreadsheets galore
That's something that we're doing. We're learning about how to use functions, make graphs and everything else about spreadsheets.
We're also doing this game using spreadsheets. It's like the roll chance game that also had to do with computers? I don't understand it too much, but hey, it's something.
We're also doing college research using spreadsheets. Cool right. Let's think about the fiture and stuff, I guess
Audio day 2
Today in audio we really went into making music with the program, and started with some music. I didn't really get too far because when the only thing I'm good with music is listening to it.
I wasn't able to upload it because I don't know how to make it to the mp3
Leadership
For a lot of the other students definition of leadership, it has a lot of showing a good example and leading other people in a positive way, and for someone to step up and take control. I agree with all of these things, and all of the ideas of leaderships are really good, and when all of the ideas are put together, it makes a really good definition of leadership, because lot's of things apply to being a good leader. There was nothing that I really disagreed with, because it was all good opinions on what leadership was.
I think I have more of a post industrial view of leadership because I feel like taking risk, listening to new opinions and trying new things are pretty good, because there are always ways to improve things. But there are some aspects of the industrial view that I agree with, so I couldn't say I'm just one way.
More college
If money was no problem for college, I would go to to UC Berkley. To prepare for applying to college, I guess I would try to keep my grades good, practice testing (because I have a bad feeling I'm going to end up doing bad on the act), and I would get more volunteer hours because colleges really like people who volunteer a lot.
Choosing College
I think important factors in choosing college is the size of the campus (because I want to go to a big college) and the majors and degrees offered. I want to go to a place that has lots of options because I'm not sure what I want to do, so I wanna make sure I have enough options. I don't really care if it's too close to home because if possible, I want to go to a college that's not in Wisconsin.
I want to learn more about colleges in New York and in California because those are some of the places I want to move to. But really, any colleges in big places are good.
Something like Columbia would be pretty cool because my aunt works at Columbia, and I would have a family member to be with and know in the city, and I would be far away from Wisconsin. I also have lots of family members in California, so that's another option. I also want to go to places with lots of dance companies near by (Like New York).
3 highest interest areas:
Artistic (93)
Social (56)
Enterprising (31) and Conventional (31) tie in third place
Well, I think that the artistic part of the interest is very true, and the other three are kinda true, but they didn't really get too high at all and not really things I would go crazy about getting into. The only thing I'm really into is artistic stuff.
Jobs I might get into and my reaction:
Actors-Not really at all. I suck at acting Announcers-I hate talking so no Child Care Assistants-I hate kids so also no Choreographers-I like making up dancing so yeah Composers-I'm not too good at music so no Dance Teachers-I don't like children, but I love dancing so kinda. Film Editors-I would be into it. Kinda stressful but it seems cool
I've heard of all of them because it's all pretty basic stuff, only I only really like some of the thing, The jobs I might like aren't even in the list. Like a dancer. It has dancer things, but not any of the parts of dance that I want. Why don't they have just a normal dancer? But I'm cool.

Websites and stuff
Woo! Look at this. We're making websites. Yeah. My website is going to be about 3 people who sew that I really really like. I'm pretty sure two of them are on tumblr. Well, the designers that I'm choosing is Yaya Han (best cosplayer ever) Angela Clayson (She's so beautiful and her dresses are beautifuller) and Tilly & the buttons (Her blog has been so useful for me and she's amazing). I don't know what the title is going to be though.
Anyhow, I don't know how this is going to make this website so excited, except for people who really like to sew, I guess. I'm actually really excited for this, even though I think it would be more useful if I had like 5 more hours to work about it because it's going to take a lot of figuring out and trying to make it look nice and stuff.
Web design
Today we we're doing web design stuff, like making websites and how to make them and all of the wonderful html coding things. Also, a good coder is a lazy coder, and I'm pretty sure I'm going to forget that and then make my coding way more longer than I need to. Yay.
I now have the mighty urge to make a website all about cats and cupcakes.
Today we did a lot of things, like doing some programming and scratch and editing things in HTML and stuff like that. The HTML things is really cool, and I already know about scratch so that was kinda boring.
I think the coding is really cool, and I want to try it out some more at home without getting of trouble or something like that.
I tried to change the website so it would look like samurai champloo (aka the best anime ever) but then I realized I was still on the network and then I had to go back and change it so I never really got to change it, so that;s why I don't have a screen shot of that or anything.
The best PBJ sandwich is with strawberry jab, because that is the only good type of jam.
Yo! It's Illustrator! I kinda like it (Now that I actually know how to use it...kinda)
Here are a ton of tomato puns!
This is where I got the lame awesome pun. Puns are amazing. So are tomato's. But puns are better. Illustrator was kinda hard, but it wasn't too bad. I personally like photoshop better, but for some things I'll go and use illustrator and whatnot. I don't really know how I would do something with both photoshop and Illustrator...maybe I'll make something with illustrator and edit it in photoshop, or vice verse.
Photoshop BTW
I enjoyed the actual working on Photoshop, because Photoshop is awesome and I think I may be addicted
I didn't enjoy the amount of time we didn't have...like we didn't get enough time...I can spend hours on photoshop
It would be really cool if maybe they showed more stuff you could do on photoshop, but then that might be too much, I guess
Also, my picture is titled: "Attack on Squiddle"
Today was a grim reminder of when the squiddles attacked...(I can't remember how the beginning went...)
So I guess we had to post everything that we did...Well, The first and second one are done, but the third one with all of the dancers are still not finished...most likely wont be finished for a while...I would need like a good...4 hours to do it all, but I don't really have that time here. I'll do it once I get home.
I'll post the finished version of the dancers once I get the time to finish it, most likely tonight or tomorrow...
