For our post workout lunch we headed out for vegan sushi! We loveeee dipping them in organic coconut amminos! Seriously try it guys! It’s a great alternative to soy or other high sodium sauces. And if you haven’t seen our newest VLOG, check it out guysss! Link is on our page.

J’ai essayé la soupe de poulet vegan avec des champignons, je l’ai découverte grâce à Monami Frost (coeur sur elle) et oooooooomg c’est délicieux, simple et hyper nourrissant. Je vous la conseille vraiment. (Je vous met le lien de la recette à la fin)

Soooo I tried the Mushroom chicken soup recipe by Monami Frost (love love) and it’s DELICIOUS and simple, you really should try it !!

Je suis de retour !!

Ce midi j’ai fais ces sushis vegan DÉLICIEUX, j’ai utilisé des champignons que j’ai fais marinés dans un mélange vinaigre de riz, sauce aigre douce et sauce soja, puis j’ai utilisé aussi de l’avocat & un concombre (et des coeurs de palmier il me semble)
