Hello lovelies!! We are back at it, how about some savoury seed crackers? I whipped these up the other day bc I wanted a savoury snack. These taste like thanksgiving and would be great as a salad/soup/potato topper. My first bite made me think of gravy and potatoes and how well those would pair.
No measurements bc raccoons don’t have measuring spoons, sorry! Just use those raccoon instincts and put it in the bowl 🦝
Ingredients: pumpkin seeds, chia seeds, sesame seeds, dried cranberries, steel cut oats, oat flour/brown rice flour/maze flour, thyme/rosemary/garlic /onion powder/ smoked paprika/salt and black pepper, melted coconut oil and maple syrup for binders (add what you have for seeds! I would have added sunflower seeds and almonds if I had them)
I will def use another binder to make these into actual crackers next time (a baked sweet potato mashed up would be perfect for these)
Baked at 300 for about 20 mins or until gold around the edges. Once out of the oven, let it sit for 10-15 mins, then break into pieces and enjoy!
We’re on year 13 of being vegan so please ask any questions you have!!
