Some features of their typical morning routine?: — he wakes up, cuddles Jina then he’ll immediately check on their kids if they sneaked into the sometime in the middle of the night. after that, he’ll either get them dressed for school or make breakfast for the family. either way, normally he only has time for a cup of coffee or juice before he has to get ready for work.
— if he’s out of town then after he wakes up he’ll check his phone to see if Jina has messaged him. then he’ll wash up, work out for a hour / morning run then go back to the hotel and change for work.
It’s just a regular weekday, what are they wearing?: — a plain white or grey t-shirt and more than likely nike apparel since they’re sponsoring him / he promotes their brand through posts on social media. when he needs to look presentable for meetings or a date with jina then he’ll wear a tucked in button-up and nice slacks or jeans.
What is their preferred mode of transport for long journeys and why?: — he has his own car, so if that’s an option he’ll drive. if not, then he’s usually willing to fork over money to take a cab. he tends to avoid transit such as the subway or buses when he has an appointment for work otherwise he’ll get recognized by his “followers” and he’s too nice to not stop and take pictures with them so he ends up visiting too long and ends up late because he still hasn’t mastered how to nicely end conversations without seeming rude.
Name one aspect of their childhood or adolescence that has shaped a large part of their persona today: —- mostly his role as a big brother. joonmyun often tells him that he’s basically everyone’s big brother because he’s very responsible and often tries to fix other people’s problems for them.
Are they more of a doer or an observer?: — a doer, definitely. that’s what he struggles with most, especially with his younger brother. he often has to hold back from just telling him what he should do. like, for instance joonmyun’s relationship with mikoto joel has spent years scratching his head when watching them progress and wondering why it took the two so long to just say that they like each other because when he first met jina he told her how he felt the second time they met. LOL he doesn’t like to waste time.
Name one thing that tends to impress them: — honesty. even if it’s blunt.
Which aspect of the arts can they most appreciate?: — even though he doesn’t exactly understand art from watching joonmyun he appreciates the hard work that goes into creating a piece. from the planning aspect of it to the final installment.
Which common traits do they seek in both associates and lovers?: — honest, and kind but also stern. he tends to be drawn to people that are good observers even though he does get a little impatient with them because he has a tendency to act without thinking about the things that can go wrong. so it’s nice to have someone that can point out the flaws in his ideas he has.
Do they reflect the whereabouts or era that they were raised into?: — given he was raised in various areas all throughout his childhood, yes and no. However, there are certain things he does take into consideration about the era his parents were born in so he can get a better idea of why they don’t see certain things the same way he and his brother does, but for himself he kinda fails back on the fact he’s grown up seeing the effects of poverty and the way other people live in various countries that he’s more concerned about focusing on his family and raising his kids to be kind and accepting even though he knows they might not have the same experiences he had as a child.
