baseball caps of a variety of colors and brands, ordinarily turned backward, sit on dark hair that parts in the middle in the style of a center fringe. bangs hang loose over dark brown eyes, indicative of his mental health the longer it goes without a trim. ⋆ when in use of the ring, a thick green shell of a mask covers the center third of his face, leaving only the mouth revealed. the eyes of the mask emit an interior white glow, effectively shielding his identity. ⋆ ears are pierced in the lower and second lobe as well as the daith and rook. lobes have been minutely stretched with small black guages. he takes a preferences for studs, though may occasionally wear small hoops. ⋆ around his neck will frequently sit a layered collection of necklaces on any given day : beadwork or stones from local artists, kiln-fired silver, a shark tooth from his home in norcal, a threaded lucky coin, a gifted cross representative of his mother's catholicism. joining the stack may occasionally be a pair of thick headphones for listening to music on the go. ⋆ in cooler months he'll wear a leather jacket, windbreaker or bomber over knit sweaters or layered sleeves. weather notwithstanding, he is often in graphic tees of his favorite music and media : nine inch nails, the cranberries, radiohead, nirvana, green day, spider-man, neon genesis evangelion to name a handful. ⋆ slung over his shoulder will often be a messenger bag, decorated in pins, buttons and keychains of merchandise he enjoys, inside of which you'd find his sketch pad, journal, quick-paint kit and pencils. ⋆ a series of rings switch out on his fingers, some thin and minimal, others decorative. it's a fashion statement as much as it is a disguise of sorts : among the stack, on the middle finger of his right hand, is the green lantern ring. while in the company of other rings, it stands out far less on its own. hidden in plain sight. ⋆ he wears denim in a variety of earth tones, jeans ranging from black to charcoal to brown to deep green, most commonly accessorized with chunky or lightly studded belts. usually a baggy fit, but not excessively so. ⋆ kyle's most prominently worn shoes are vans or converse sneakers, though work boots make the occasional rounds. whatever he can get around in comfortably from place to place.
in addition : he has a collection of scars across his back and upper chest where his suit tears most frequently as most of his concentration goes into his external constructs, so damage taken by the suit itself is heavier. a twinge of unearthly green sometimes flashes or lingers in the brown of his eyes. his nails are sometimes painted, but the paint job is never maintained well.
