Do you guys think Killua ever has a minor crash out about how Gon easily lowers his guard around him. Especially when he easily goes into deep sleep nuzzled close to Killua. Making himself vulnerable.

Even worse much later, Killua does realize sure Gon wasnt raised like him to never be vulnerable. And generally more personable with people. But he only gets that vulnerable with Killua because Killua can never actually hurt him. Like Killua definitely had a couple moments where Gon went to sleep before him probably wrapping his arms around Killua and thinking of the many ways someone could actually kill Gon and having a fit that Gon is letting his guard down so easily. (Of course, he’s too in love with Gon to actually hurt him, if anything he holds Gon and stares at the darkness for any threats. Like dude one night killed a bug for daring to try and bite sleeping Gon)

I know numerous fandoms joke about their ship will reheat Katniss and Peeta nachos and threaten to kill themselves in the hunger games

I honestly feel there’s an untapped potential of both Killua and Gon manipulating people because they adorable kids. Killua already canonically does so but Gon has the strongest puppy eyes I have ever seen.

Like it’s common for them to get free stuff whenever they go places. Arcade? They get free credits for being so adorable. A dining place? Always get free deserts or free sodas. When they go shopping for clothes? Likely an old lady will buy them a scarf because it’s chilly. The equivalent of a 7/11? Cashier always gives them extra candy bars. A festival? They getting extra cotton candy or an extra kebab or an extra takoyaki or extra shaved ice etc.

The way that everytime Leorio visits Gon he probably ends up buying something for Gon because he look longingly at some Power Ranger toy. Leorio is weak towards Gon happy smile even if Gon isn’t a kid that would beg for things. (Headcanon that he would pretty much use his toys until he broke them because sure his family isn’t in poverty but still doesn’t want to make Aunt Mito worry about finances so he learned not to beg for toys. Add on Leorio who always wanted toys because he was a orphaned kid that struggled to survive wants to buy Gon all the toys he never got to have)
