Wanted a little lot I could take my sims on vacation. It's got space for 4 to 5 Sims (If you count the couch) I couldn't get a good picture of the spare room but I digress. It's simply decorated and it does have kid activities since I tried to cater more towards that! A little family rental for Sulani!

Can't believe I grinded this one out till 3AM but was worth it. Going for a Modern Contemporary with warmer tones and hint of Industrialization. To be honest not even sure if that is correct in itself lol. I'm never going for this style but it just kept coming together so who am I to argue! It is a one bedroom loft and not the cheapest build either. I imagined a well off Photographer lives here enjoying his hobbies of gardening, music, and capturing every moment in Windenburg 🥰

It's been awhile but to be honest this build almost didn't come to be after I accidentally deleted the original save😅 I pulled through though and think in the end it came out better than expected! I'm not the best at the style of house but wanted to get more practice in. It is designed for a infant and a teen but honestly you can always rework it!

A Simple 2 bedroom 1 bath starter home. It is unfurnished but I wanted some variety in pre-furnished and non-furnished homes. (Also my dummy self forgot freaken stair railings and left a chair in the dining rooms. I finished this really late okay??)

Hello, I hope this isn't too much to ask but I just DL your Cypress Sol build and I really love it! But I'm wondering if u could provide a floor plan for the living room area?

Hi! 🙋‍♀️I provided a few examples of how I would use the space using basegame objects as a guide. Keep in mind bb.moveobjects and the f5 key are in play with some of these!

1 &2 are if you keep the short wall at 2 blocks long 3, 4, & 5 is if you extend that short wall by one more block Note: I kept the wall purely to divide the room but you can also take it out and have even more possibility to play with 😊 I hoped this helped!

Note: Also in reference to the other side I usually just use the small 4 chaired table against the wall but it can fit if diagonal.

Built a simple family starter. I've never build in Del Sol Valley and now I wanna play with the world. I found it so beautiful with Sunblind in my game. It is unfurnished but I may make a version that's partially furnished or something. Man using light packs was a challenge but a fun one at that!
