Hey, I follow you on Twitter and I remember you posting a pic about you being overweight before and feeling so proud for working hard to getting your results. And I've been struggling with my weight, putting so much time into working out, portioning my food, drinking water, and it just seems like I will never get the results. I need some advice. Please. Maybe I'm being a little hard on myself, constantly looking for a big number change on the scale every week. Could you tell me how you did it?

YOU WILL!! It does not happen over night! :) It took a year and a half for me to lose 60 pounds and TRUST ME, it felt like a lifetime :( BUT, stay strong and disciplined and you WILL reap the benefits, I promise! Hang in there! and no more checking the scale!! *shakes finger* measure your weight loss by how your clothes fit ;)
