This took a month to complete - with much procrastination and fiddling with the layers and function, I finally somewhat found it acceptable. Did some research on this place and it’s an actual cafe in Kyoto called Akatsuki Coffee. So aesthetic,,

30.12/10.06pm: the end of 2020

Followed bongcheon-dong golden’s tutorial and I learn so much about the functions of procreate. Really fun to explore and create this piece

30.12, 1.30pm: light and shadow study, it was tough deciding what details I needed to omit. Took me awhile to figure out what the hell was going on..

Decided to design my own digital planner, mini project that I’m quite proud of. Though I’m still trying to figure out how procreate works and why the quality of this piece is so bad..

9/15, 8.55am: trying to get my basics down. Face still look wonky but I think I did alright with the nose and eyes(maybe?)
