Madrid-based artist Luis Toledo (@laprisamata1) imbues his signature aesthetic with the kind of color-pattern-texture feast that makes the pleasure center in the brain crackle and pop with delight. This 2020 work of art - entitled “Gverrera” - is actually a digital collage, and yet if you stare at his multicultural-science-fiction figure long enough, a three-dimensional aspect begins to assert itself. This piece - as is the case with so many of Luis’ efforts - puts the psychedelically patterned pedal to the metal and really just makes you say WOW. ••• posted on Instagram - https://instagr.am/p/CLXyKS2DjGK/
