if the duffers had allowed vickie to give mike relationship advice like god intended, she would not have let him deny his feelings for a second. my girl would've run that bisexuality acceptance camp like the goddamn navy. she'd go on and on about damage control and how he needs to win will back even if it's the last thing he does. the moment he starts deflecting with "we're friends! we're frie—", she'd throw her hands up in exasperation and say "what did i just tell you? go get your man! up, up, faster! do you know what faster means? it means more fast!"

I know she barely has any screen time (think it’s like 10-15 minutes in total across both seasons 4 and 5) but oh my god I love Vickie so much. She’s INCREDIBLE and so adorable and I wish we got so much screen time with her, especially in season 5. Also justice for Vickie, I’m still so pissed she was forgotten about in the epilogue :(

Look I’m a massive Ronance shipper through and through. They’re my favourite ship. But some Ronance fans I’ve seen online have really gotta stop hating on Rovickie and Vickie just as a character. Vickie is amazing and her and Robin together are so adorable (I do ship Rovickie too and am still not over the Duffer’s breaking them up off screen for no reason and forgetting about Vickie altogether). But online in some spaces, I’ve seen so much hate for Vickie just cause she exists as a character. They view her as some “obstacle” in the way of Ronance when she’s not at all. Yes I do think they should’ve fleshed out her character more but she’s still her own character and Amybeth did amazing playing her. Rovickie was our one CANON sapphic ship in the show and some Ronance shippers just shit on it cause it “denied” Ronance. Like no it didn’t. And god forbid I post an edit that’s a different Nancy or Robin ship than Ronance (Vobancy, Nickie or Rovickie). It’ll inevitably end up with some comments on people shitting on Vickie or just that Vickie is included in the ship and it’s not just Ronance. Why can’t we all just co-exist and stop putting other ships and characters down

I probably could’ve worded this a lot better but it’s something that pisses me off so much. Like leave Vickie alone I love her :(
