I use Ritalin, my diagnosis according to my neurologist is F90, ADHD that was not treated during childhood, triggering problems such as the use of illicit drugs and abuse in the consumption of alcoholic beverages. Despite having tried LSD and marijuana, I never became addicted, but I almost became an alcoholic. From the beginning of treatment with methylphenidate (Ritalin), at the end of last year, my life has improved a lot and this is my proposal here on the Blog, through my shared experiences trying to help other people who suffer with problems like: anxiety, depression, stress and bipolarity.

Once again, I have to write all of this, but on the way I took more than an hour being devoured by other activities that just come up and I procastinate the programmed objective. It is always like that, Ritalin helped a lot and still helps, at least I have energy and focus, but daydreaming still gets in the way! Do you happen to experience it too?
