I have been judged always in my relationship i would never be enough for them because they couldnt appriciate me and my happyness.

I am always goofing around smiling and enjoying the world in the raw form of it. It is never too hard to make me satisfyed because i accept the form of humanity. By that sayd ofcourse i have boundaries but it should never damage each other.

I think your character when you feel and you see yourself happy in it then be that. No one is here to tell you what you should be only you know that. For sure there are things that are respected and make you feel more loved.

I understand these judgments i got maybe it was lacking and i could improve but they dont define me as bad person. I am always eager to grow and look at my mistakes. It is hard but it is always about solutions for me than keeping my ego high .

Thats why personal development is so necessary how we love, when we are not learning and growing.I think we cant just build something if we have no knowledge thats why it is good to learn. It is eather together or alone. Both is needed. It should be generous acts and wanting to be there and accept what journey your partner goes through.

So you choose to be that compassionate person or you choose to live only inside your head. Choice is yours!

Wanting the perfect partner

Hey, wanted to share my thoughts in it because i feel like we tend to forget some things when we just want partner.

We all want a partner who is exactly like our rules are but what happens we start to date people who might not be for us at all. Keep in mind, people are for growing always depends how we look at it.

As in life when we just want and we are not that we dont really attract it. What i mean by this is if you dont act as it work on urself to be that better version that perfect partner then how we can expect someone to be that.

That’s why i think we should work on ourselves first. Because when you expect you are not loving the person for who they are you are putting then the pressure to be something.

I agree having your boundaries if you find partner who i able to be as a team with you that is already a start. Give yourself and partner time to work on things without judgement. You are not against people you are with them trying to figure life out. So please choose to be the change,the loving understanding side because if you know your worth and you know you are bein as loving you are then we can make someones day a lot better.

Saying no to guys and in life

Hey girls i know it is so hard to say no beacause we dont even know whats bad and good but after effect dont lie. I have been ignoring it so many times and i thought lets talk about it.

So recently my sexual life havent been the best but its because i would let guys do whenever i didnt have that feeling i would never enjoy nothing about it. In general i love people and i try to feel sounds bad but honestly it is just because for me is important to know a person feel he cares and that he is for something important. But i am a beautiful girl and guys want to have it right away not considering how i am. I am not blaming them because i went with it too but after how i feel and my body is miserable i barely think i can ever enjoy but they reality is that this type of approach is not for me at all. In general too. If a guy wants to date me i need to see they are for something because i am a fighter for a deeper love. What i want to say that you dont have to go with such things. If you are not sure say no i will think i need my time. That is so important to say no i will have my time to understand myself. Reality is sexual contacts are best when you want it too deffinetly. So girls and in general lets say no when we need that time when we need that space when we dont know. Lets make sure they understand and if they dont respect leave and dont let people treat you poorly it will hurt. I am with you!❤️

Being off the track

So i wanted to share this with you because i feel it is nice to be in a flow but like in life things happens and we dont expect always so i am talking about how we can motivate ourselves to go back to what we desired in the first place. And it is not easy.

1. Identify whats going on. I feel like its easier to just ignore the voices inside telling you hey girl slow down you remember what made you you and what supports your growth more. I do it a lot as a person. Example i changed my enviroment made me anxious and made me feel lonely. Reality was that i was just coping with new enviroment. Or more something tragic may happen we need to face the truth and say okey i feel anxious i feel sad i am making mistakes whats next and what i actually want.

2. Asking myself what is one thing that will make me relaxed or feel good today. Starting small like with a question in the beginning and then time by time doing example one thing in a day that makes you feel good about yourself. Theres already so much out there, so we live for outside world but whats within and what we need time to time just hides in the shadows screaming your help to do that small kind act toward yourself.

3. Once you feel stronger about urself we need to remind that process takes time and we shouldnt judge. Take your time really but remember you are one choice away today to just give something your time that matters in your heart.

4. Start doing it. Make 2 things you do daily that supports your goal. Start even with 1 thing. Example now i am singing everyday. Even if i am not recording i still sing a bit it keeps me alive and makes me feel like i am still trying. After all we do this to ourselves if we really want it we will find time for that.

When you feel distant with your partner.

Just wanted to talk about it because i think it is something to think of when you are in relationship. I am not professional but i would like to share what i learned in my relationship. If you resonate with me let me know.😇

So me and my boyfriend went through a break up but we ended up being together still because theres some lessons we both learned and we actually love each other and it is worth to fight for. And if i mean fight it is an actual fight lowering our egos.

You know i was that type of person who would always want my partner to be next to me when i cry. And my partner is the one who would like to go do something else and then he would think and understand what to do. But for me it was conflicting because for me i needed him the moment i cry or i feel insecure which sounds like super bad but dont understand me wrong i was fine by myself too but because i had a partner my expectation was that he should be the one to save me. There is ofcourse two sides of this story we were both touching each other insecuritys and safe places. And really all we needed was this beautiful reflection we did together which i am super happy about. We listed all the things we want, we need, we feel loved and how we want to give. We both talked about them one at a time without judgement lowering our egos. And we realized we actually wanted pretty much same things. So most of the cases it is just our expectations or some things we think in our minds how they should be but in fact every person copes with things their way. I want to say that this makes me think about how much we struggle with things because we are not accepting each other. Focusing our weaknesses and using them as a strenght helped so much. I lowered my need of him i knew if i would go and ask for hug i would get it now it’s like he would hug me right away man like things get better and i believe it is the matter of choice. If you choose to fight and really lower your egos you might find that there is a way to love each other more. I feel the harmony now than ever better and i realised my expectations are just blocking us to really connect. I really hope you got some insights and i hope you will consider the partner you are who you struggle to sit down and make clear the points how do you feel most loved and what you would like to me to do. Because after all we all choose our partner with reason❤️and let’s choose love to grow together.

Importance of journaling.

So why i journal on a daily basis is a pretty easy answer but i would like you to know how it helps me and how it changed me.

So i started journaling year ago and i really havent journal everyday atleast not in the beginning now it’s just part of me with practice.

My journals.

First of all i actually started with my gratitude journal and that teached me to appriciate and see daily beautiful things in the moments. After this i realised i would like to write more so i started journaling.

What do i journal? It depends on my mood and day. I like to keep track on good memorys plus it’s really good to train your brain in the night or morning whenever you journal to recall the activityes and thoughts. I journal about when sad or lost and i journal about everything that is on my mind. I think it’s a good way to get something out of your chest.

When you dont want to write just about your day well you can take in pinterest questions or journaling prompts. I think they are pretty interesting. I covered for some pain in that way.

Importance and change in my life.

I remember when corona started i was crying everyday and i felt like i just can’t stop. It is the period when i started to journal everyday. So i would write everyday my feelings out and when it was a week or two i realised i have been crying over something i can’t change. At first i really didnt know why i was crying but in a week or two looking back and reading what i wrote i realized that thats it i already expressed myself and i dont have to make it a daily thing. There was ofcourse other factors too i changed what i did but i would talk about them later in my other blog posts.

So it made me realize some things. I remember i made something i never could forgive myself and i took in pinterest some questions and there was this good question about what is something you regret and after that now rewrite it. I didn’t think it would make any difference but i was just journaling. So after i finished i felt a weight has been lifted from my chest.I realized that it happened the best it could.

I think it doesnt matter what you write because you write it for yourself and your growth at first. I know journaling is not for some people but you never know if you dont try.What about recording yourself, listen back and look at what type of help you would give this person. I think it’s a great way to show love towards yourself.

Something warm within

So i wrote a song inspired by my some feeling i had towards myself and i made a story out of it. I was thinking about it for some time and made a little story board too. You can watch the video in a link here.

So the story started with me escaping for something in my life. I think its in general we reject some things which are actually good for us not even knowing and in reality the truth will always be this we cant just say this is truth when it really doesnt show that. So accept the truth because it wont change!

So the story is that she sailed away from her home place. She was long away fron there and saw from far a land. She saw somwthing sparkling like crashing her eye. Then she decided to go and see what is it. And she landed and found this ring and started to find more stuff and in the end she realized its her home. It was always there and she couldnt face it. The truth was always there that this was the place she lived and where she felt most herself.

How i make myself smile and feel loved?

So  straight to the point i think it’s fair to share the things i found working for myself. I am not proffessional, but you might find some insight to yourself to try and see if it works for you! I believe in you!

About me. So hey i am 21 years old and years pass like crazy. I don’t have clear path what i must do, but i am trying to do some things and i think why not. I am making music and working and living with support of my parents. Feels a little crappy to be honest but when theres some unbalance theres some peace too.

I think for me in these times i learned a lot that happiness comes inside and yes all people know that but are we able to apply these things and make things work for us in longer perspective. I like to wonder and think about different ways to uncover ourselves. So thats why i always like to question and see myself in different ways. So here is my way of making myself feel loved and more balanced.

1. I would say that meditating is a real thing. I think any sort of meditation let it be through dancing just sitting and breathing learning some specific meditation and visualizing gives me at some certain time peace and clarity. I meditate atleast 10minutes a day everyday. And it became like one thing i just do. I had time where i would escape to it and i wasnt really consious about how i feel and thats why i would cry in my meidtations and i felt little off. Which leads to a second point.  

2. So this is about accepting and letting myself feel it. Lets say you are sad and you are just making yourself busy or maybe you are busy and you are not really seeing what this feeling is about. I tryed once when i was sad just sit with it and i went deeper and deeper to see what is it. And i kind a let go of it. I just pressed pause and saw that actually we are in control here. It’s good to just close ur eyes when you cry and see it.

3. But when this doesnt work i would write everything out everytime i am sad. And in a week or so i would look back and see” oh man look it’s the same thing i have been crying for. “I think there is some connections and when we are clear what is going on then its better to let go of something or make some actions that really help us. After all we know actually what to do.

4. I think googleing is awesome. Like writing in google i feel sad or why people feel sad. There’s a ton of things there. Which leads me to a next point. But i agree finding solution to some things are not going away when we ignore it for so long.

5. Writing everything that makes you happy or something we like to do. I think we don’t realize how something we like to do can help to boost us and comfort us. Looking back to our struggles feels like why should i do it but if you try this you would see that oh this aint so bad and i see what i can do now.

6. I added feeling loved in here too because i think we only most of the time expect someone to give us so i wanted to add how we can love us more and more.  One thing i discovered for myself is saying beautiful things time by time. How many times you heard yourself saying to yourself some insults or just negative talk. A lot right so lets switch it up. I mean you would never say that to no one atleast not to your friends you truly care. So i would just say look you made someone else smile and say it to your friends too. Make them knowledge they made you smile or whatever it is this is a good knowledgement. Make yourself see what you do and how you are trying everyday. After all you are human.

Theres so many ways to love yourself so i would write about more next time. I hope you found something for yourself to try and see.
