In Luigi’s Mansion, the book that Neville, the first portrait ghost, is reading contains two references. The first one is that the texture depicts a Mario head in profile and the title appears to be “Mario Story”, which is the Japanese title for Paper Mario.
The second reference is more obscure - the layout of the cover is a reference to the Pinocchio book seen in the 1940 Walt Disney animated film “Pinocchio”, which features the same color scheme, font and picture of the character in profile in an oval window. The spine of Neville’s book also appears to be a reference to the spine of another book seen in the same scene of the movie.

In Super Mario 64, if the water level in Wet-Dry World is lowered in such a way that a Skeeter is stranded on a small platform, the Skeeter will enter “panic mode” whereby instead of moving around normally by turning and walking a certain distance, it will be caught in an endless loop of frantically pacing back and forth while facing the same direction.

they would be friends though!!!!
So Bandai is coming out with a Figure Rise Standard version of Gallantmon from Digimon Tamers. I just thought that I would put it side by side with the Figure Rise Amplified version of Gallantmon that is currently available just so we could all see the differences.
I do like both of them for different reasons. I like the standard one for it being more accurate to the Digimon Tamers anime. But I also like the Amplified one for the stylization and the more sort of mecha feeling to it.
The Figure Rise Standard Gallantmon is scheduled for release January 2022 with a price of about $20. Which, I mean, the Amplified one is around $60 so, that could also help in ones decision making process.
Excited to watch the new season of Kny w/ my friends tonight!
As found and detailed by French blogger Upsilandre, the 1991 NES game TIny Toon Adventures has copied basic mechanics from Super Mario Bros. 3 almost exactly, without being given authorization from Nintendo.
The movement mechanics (top), the camera anchoring to the character (middle), and the progressive speed increase analogous to the P-speed feature (bottom) have all been reverse-engineered from Super Mario Bros. 3 by Konami’s programmers for their licensed Tiny Toon Adventures game.
