One-Eighty . . . Horseshoe Bend is easily one of the most photographed natural phenomena in the United States, but that doesn't take away from the magnificence of seeing it in person. When I decided to head to Vegas last week, I knew Horseshoe Bend, Antelope Canyon, and Valley of Fire would be must-sees. Am I glad I did. Coming over the last hill of the trail to Horseshoe Bend is a surreal experience with just how grand it is. A 16mm lens is almost a stretch to get the entire scene in view in a single landscape orientation shot. If you haven't been, it's definitely worth the stop. . . .
