Allan

[vigilant-foster]

Allan comes from a legacy family of supers and has fully rejected that legacy, leaving the hero program before they could figure out how to power bond or kill him (the power bond was made significantly harder due to his powers shutting down people's powers and as well as any amplifying effect). The exact nature of his powers is that he has the ability to nullify people's abilities within a certain radius regardless of their powerbond status. He is not an amplifier but something entirely different. He works as a bartender, but also acts as a vigilante known as 'The Shadow' in every spare moment he gets to protect and save others. He has a lot of programming that he's been working against from the hero's guild, but he's slowly but surely getting fully deprogrammed. He is also a proud foster cat dad and helps to look after and socialize difficult cats. Sometimes these cats end up joining him on missions in his hoodie in a specially made cat carrier because they need the extra time and body warmth. He's as careful as he can be with them.
