I am gonna restart learning Japanese again, last year dec I had a rejection after an interview with a Japanese company which made me disappointed and I quit learning for sometime

Currently, I am working as a security delivery associate where my major work focuses on the domain of IAM i.e., I create accounts and provide access on different applications to the company employees. Can you please help me know a bit about trends of job in UK? Also, I am finding a job which will provide me free visa sponsorship as well. Any websites or apps where I can search jobs at? I’m really happy to hear you’re thinking about working in the UK — that’s awesome! Unfortunately, I don’t really know much about the IAM field or the current job market trends for that area here, so I wouldn’t want to give you the wrong info. I’m not super up to date with that side of things or how sponsorships are working right now either!

For me personally, I didn’t really go through the traditional route — my current job actually came from a recruiter reaching out to me on LinkedIn. (I talked a bit more about that here if you’re curious: mdey Tumblr post). And the job I had before that was through an apprenticeship, so my experience’s a bit different from applying from outside the UK!

That said, LinkedIn’s probably your best bet to start with — a lot of UK companies post jobs there and you can filter for ones offering visa sponsorship. You might also want to check sites like Indeed or Glassdoor and include “visa sponsorship” in your searches!

Wish I could be more help, but I hope that gives you a bit of a direction to start with!
