1. Garmadon is still the same, just softer in private. Around others, she is intimidating almost untouchable. With Misako tho, she softens her voice and she stays by her side too long without even realizing it.
2. Misako is emotionally the braver one. She is the first to reach out, the first to tease…to say…things. She knows Garmadon feels things deeply…so she acts on it.
3. They started at first with slight rivalry. Garmadon, who thinks a weak human shouldn’t be allowed with them but rather at home seeking shelter during times of war. Misako , who is very determined at proving herself and helping others , refuses to give up. Long debates…standing way too close…neither backing down. Garmadon began catching feelings. At some point, the arguments stopped.
4. Garmadon mainly, has a hard time understanding herself. Let alone understand her own softness. The first time she feels jealousy when misako talked to wu too long or protectiveness or sometimes even intense longing towards Misako . She doesn’t understand why she feels this way around her.
5. Garmadon expresses her affection physically but subtly… she adjusts Misako’s scarf…standing infront of her when there is danger… resting her hand on her shoulder or back when she feels misako is going through a hard time… Garmadon may be strong and cold sometimes but when misako looks at her with her beautiful Jade eyes…garm can face armies and enemies …but when misako looks at her with that knowing gaze of hers…she just stops functioning.
6. Misako figured out her feelings first. And she absolutely let Garmadon struggle before helping her understand.
7. She loves how powerful Garmadon is…and what she loves even more is when she is vulnerable and unsure.
8. Misako uses humor as a weapon and as way of affection. Light teasing…soft smiles… getting into her personal space…basically keeping G on her toes.
9. Garmadon becomes fiercely protective when there is danger.
Not in a controlling way, more like she positions herself as a shield without thinking.
Misako, on the other hand, helps Garm emotionally. She’s the one who calls Garmadon out gently, grounds her, reminds her she’s allowed to feel.
10.Garmadon memorizes everything abt misako…habits…things she loves…books she talked about
11.Garm would even go as far as to take some books from the monastery library to give it to her even if it’s not allowed just to see her smile.
12.Misako sometimes rests her head on Garmadon’s shoulder like it’s the most natural thing in the world and Garmadon just… melts.
13.Garmadon wants to confess. She doesn’t know what to say.
“There is a persistent… disturbance in my thoughts when you are near.”
Misako blinks then smiles.
“…That sounds like a feeling.”
After a moment, Misako continues.
“More than I should, if I’m being honest.”
Misako gently reaches out…not fully touching at first.
Their hands finally meet properly.
Garmadon exhales like she’s been holding her breath for months.
14.Jealous Garm is real. She insists she doesn’t care. But she never takes her eyes off misako and stands closer when people approach.
She doesn’t like sharing her attention.
15. Garm used to take her on dragon rides. Showing her all parts of realms she only got to know about through books.
16. When they first discovered Garm was having Lloyd , Misako was so over the moon bec she has always wanted a family with her loved one but she also knew how Garm’s passion was being a fighter and that would hold her back for a while…so she didn’t push it … to her surprise Garmadon didn’t show hesitation and agreed.
17. Lloyd reacts to Misako’s voice more than anyone and it makes Garm melt everytime. Whenever misako starts talking to Lloyd, garm would act like she doesn’t hear but she absolutely does.
18. Garmadon has the most chaotic cravings at the most inconvenient hours but Misako makes them for her willingly and happily.
19. Misako teases her gently.
“You’re softer than you think.”
and Garmadon never denies it anymore.
20. Lloyd starts reacting differently to each mother’s voice and Garmadon realizes he already knows them separately.
21. Sometimes Misako talks about “their future family” and Garmadon goes quiet… because it still feels unreal to her.
22. Garmadon never admits it, but she falls asleep fastest when Misako is tracing slow circles on her belly.
23. One of their quiet routines is Misako feeding Garmadon while Garmadon holds her hand under the table. Garm would at first pout telling her she can feed herself but she immediately crumbles anyway.
24. The first time Garmadon holds Lloyd, her hands are careful in a way no one has ever seen from her before.She doesn’t speak at first. Just stares like she’s trying to memorize something sacred.
25. Lloyd calms instantly in Misako’s hold too, and Garmadon notices that with a strange, warm feeling she can’t name. “He knows us already…”
26. Lloyd is a loud baby. He would cry at night and Garm would be like “I got this I can soothe him..”
Lloyd screams even louder.
Misako walks in “do u need help..?”
Garm hands him over immediately.
27. Lloyd settles faster in Misako’s arms when Garmadon is overwhelmed.
28.Lloyd sleeps fully when one mother is holding him and the other is touching his little head gently stroking his soft golden locks.
29. The three of them fell asleep accidentally together once. Lloyd between them. Misako leaning into Garm. Garmadon holding both.
30. Misako makes a small silly sound while holding him. Lloyd suddenly laughs, bright and unexpected.Garmadon freezes.
Misako does. Lloyd laughs again.
Garmadon doesn’t say anything… but she doesn’t blink for a long time.
31. Everyone expects “Mama” as a first word. Lloyd looks between them… confused. Then he says something simple like,,
Garmadon immediately stops.
“He’s talking to both of us.”, misako says.
“…No. He meant me first.” Garm replied. (Lol)
32.Garm and Misako settled in a humble home near Ninjago so misako would be close to her work and Garm didn’t like the monastery and wanted Misako and Lloyd away from that life.
33. SAHM Garm is real. She learned how to cook delicious meals and misako would love to go to a home that smells like warmth and dinner her wife made.
