Financial Year End
Seconds to minutes, minutes to hours and then days then weeks, months, quarters and finally the year is completed. Financial year 2024 ends today. Many times in a journey, some steps leave a mark, while others are unknown, but often the last steps become very important because they tell how close the journey has finally reached the destination in view of the milestones it passed.
Today is 31st March and perhaps this is the last step of this entire financial year.
So today becomes important for two things, before this journey ends.
Firstly, the last step before the end of this journey will create the image of this year and secondly, they will start carving a path for the coming year.
What this means is that in this last phase, it will be important to see as to how carefully you keep all the documents, agreements, accounts, etc. with you.
While the coming few days and possibly a few months will be spent on the work of the next year, on the other hand they will also be utilised for this passing year i.e. 2024 in unifying all the journeys and putting them into one bundle. Because the period of audits and tax returns filing is about to start again...
