OC post!

I posted a WIP of this over on my insta a while ago. I’ve been wanting to bring my OCs to life, and this base was perfect for them! Say hi to Julian and Christopher! My boys are stupidly in love, and I hope to share their story about them soon. I'll also do a character bio for them too! I'm currently working on their profiles.

I drew this a while ago using copic markers, I decided to try and redraw it using procreate and I really love how it turned out. I'm learning a lot with my drawing, this was a fun experiment with highlights and shadows

Seeing a bunch of writing posts lately like “it’s okay if you only wrote a couple hundred words today :))”

As someone with a full time job, diverse hobbies, and a commitment to proper rest/self care, I would amend that. It’s okay if you don’t write anything at all on MOST DAYS OF YOUR LIFE. You’re still a writer if you’re passionate about creating stories and putting words on paper when time allows. Life is busy and full of possibility, and that’s beautiful, actually. Kill the hypercapitalist productivity demon in your head.

I was looking through my artwork stash, and seeing what I needed framing to put on the walls in the PC room and I found this book from a friend. I still have it, I have tried my best to keep it in the best condition through all of my moves across the world and back.

I remembered there is this little comment at the back that made me tear up a little. "And remember, let your creativity soar, regardless of how silly your ideas may seem. Who knows what they may lead to!"

We may not talk as much, but I just know you are cheering me on and supporting me through every creative endeavor. I thought I would share, for those who may need the small reminder. :) @high-stakes-gambler @dennydraws

I really need to lock the freak in and work on my OC stuff I've started writing bit here and there, and I do want to try and draw them at least. I do want to share things about them, but I am not sure where I would do that. Here? AO3? Dreamwidth? Pillowtalk? IDK. I hope people like them

Beware of the danger duo! :D I've been rotating these two characters in my head lately. I want to draw them in various fighting poses! When you enjoy the chase so much, ending the fight becomes difficult... Killing may have been the intend but it's no longer the goal... for both of them!
