Nutrition Courses
The Vitality nutrition courses are one of the quickest ways to earn a bunch of points. Each course is 300 points for a maximum of 900.
Now, the courses are set up to be multi-week, but you can go at whatever pace you want. Per the website:
We recommend that you complete one unit each week; however, you are welcome to complete units at whatever pace works best for you.
Speed runners - you know what this means! You only have to score 75% or better on the final test, and they’re really easy, but you can always use a search engine if you feel stuck. Just remember - you are scored as you answer and cannot go back to fix answers.
You can speed run a lot of Vitality activities, but getting vaccinated isn’t one. Do the right thing and let’s stop COVID-19 in its tracks. If you are healthy and able to do so, please get vaccinated. Points aside, it’s important not just for your health, but everyone’s. Let’s take care of one another.
Goals are a nearly effortless way to get points each week. Set a goal with the end date at the end of the year, and each Monday check-in by clicking the thumbs up. 5 seconds of your time for practically effortless points!
The June 2021 Health FYI webcast ( Bring on the good vibes) is still available, and the survey is between the 31 and 32 minute mark. Speed run those points!
The “May 2021: Be mindful of your mental state“ Health FYI webcast is available for you to earn points through August. The survey to earn the points is around the 42 minute mark.
The July 2021 Health FYI webcast dropped last week. If you’re looking to get 50 points from that, the survey is between the 36 and 37 minute mark. You have until October to get those points.
You can get 5 points a day for a “light workout”, and those points are self-reported. You don’t need to use a fitness tracker. If you log activity for every day during the year, that’s 1825 points. You can go back and log past activity up to 2 weeks, so your vitality-speed-run-pro-tip is set a reminder for twice a month to log your activity.
