here's one of my favorite photos of Xena in the garden last year.

After months of impatiently waiting, I was finally able to start my garden outside today!

I planted basil, rosemary, tomatoes, potatoes, and 3 pots of sunflowers. Tomorrow, I'll finish planting dill, peas, cucumbers, onions, strawberries, forget-me-nots, and nasturtium.

I still need to find garlic and lavender. I'm sad that my big lavender plant went into shock and died last year, so I'll have to start that process over.

But yeah. I'm back at my current favorite hobby and my soul has been replenished.
