Amsterdam is turning rainbow for a visit of the Russian president Putin. The council of the city of Amsterdam has decided to hang out the gay pride flag on all council owned buildings and offices, in protest to Russia’s new anti-gay law.

so you guys I’ve lost 4 pounds in 6 days I’m happy 😊

aw: 69,5kg / 152 pounds

it’s been a while I don’t update here. I’m now with 63,5kg, or 139lbs. It’s been a 6kg/12pound loss in 2 months. Not good enough for me, but oh well at least I’m losing.

It has also been a while that I dont have the motivation to exercise, but that is returning. So I expect to see at least 6pounds out of the scale in the next month.

I’ve also lowered my ugw to 48kg (105lbs). That’s a little more than 15kg(33lbs) to lose. Hope I reach it by the end of the year. I think I can do this in 6 months, but if all else fails, I will be okay if I am at least 52kg(114lbs) by the end of the year.🤷🏻‍♀️
