Sirius.
“Y’know, Lily, there’s still plenty of time to leave James and run away with me, y’know, because your cooking is just to die for. Not to mention I always thought you were a pretty decent catch.” A playful wink is offered in Lily’s direction as he pushes his plate forward, laugh playing at his lips. Lunch with the Potters was one of his favourite things, even if James had to run out halfway through. He’d been building up his friendship with Lily for a while now anyway.
Didn’t mean he was going to stop teasing, though.
At this point, Lily Potter was two months pregnant–– very few people had the luxury of knowing that the young redhead was eating for two. Lily smirked at Sirius, taking another bite of her sandwich. She enjoyed Sirius’ company–– even in the darkest of times he was joyful.
“Oh, Sirius–– you lost your chance. You see, it actually is a tad late, seeing that I’m both married & pregnant.”
