Harlow had arrived late enough that she suspected her entrance would go unnoticed by most there. Most were on their third or fourth drink; enough that the pretty dresses and dark suits would all blur together. All in order to remain off the radar of any law enforcement, even if it was just to question her on any criminal activity that was sure to go down tonight. Surely, someone was going to be stupid enough to create some form of chaos. If sheâd learnt anything from this town, it was that a party never ended as quietly as it began.Â
After the brunette had gathered a flute from a server, Harlow made her way towards scattered cushions until she found an empty seat. Peering over at the patron, she jutted her index finger to their left. âDo you mind if I sit beside you?â Lips spread into a small smile while her hues held some kind of mirth. âI have an ongoing bet about the couple at the bar and I need a clear view.â
When Vivian was done at the bar, she had finally got some food in her even though it was only peanuts, her stomach was a little satisfied. Still just really wanting to go home, Vivian actually decided to head over to the couch and people watch. There was so many interesting people at this party and even if she was still somewhat new to town, Vivian didn't know much.
Checking her phone for a few moments, it was getting late and now instead of alcohol the brunette wanted coffee, but she would've felt weird drinking it if everyone here was drinking alcohol. Getting lost within her thoughts however, hearing someone's voice Vivian looked up and nodded her head "Of course. To be honest, I was people watching because there's so many interesting people here." Laughing a little, she smiled softly and took a breath "I'm Vivian. Is it bad if I get coffee? I had a glass of whiskey and three beers, but now I want some coffee."
