One detail I find fascinating about Lance’s Black Paladin arc is how it’s subtly done that the black paladin can do multiple bayard forms, and up until s8ep3 the only ones who have multiple forms are Zarkon (shown in s1ep13) and Lance (his standard form, sniper form, and then the Altean sword).

Very VERY good point. File this under “Black Paladin Lance foreshadowing” and “Brilliant Writing.”
