With a wave, she slowed down her run before coming to a total stop. âLook, I get what youâre trying to do. Really do.â Cecilia found herself sighing lightly. Of course someone was going to stop her on her run. It was the one thing that going to St. Arcanus had as a bit of a down fall. She looked down at the watch on her wrist, ticking away the timer she had started. Well that was all but useless now. Reaching for the small button on the side she stopped the numbers and turned her attention fully to the person who had stopped her. âNow what was so important, you had to stop my run?â
âyour shoeâs untied,â andie said with slim to no feeling, regretting stepping in front of her in the first place. she wasnât even sure if her shoe actually was untied, but she was clearly looking for answers that andie simply didnât have. nothing was important, and she hadnât meant to stop her. she was just trying to cross her path.
