but the ache in your chest was telling you it wasnt a dream, that the scene before you was indeed a reality that you always wished you hadnt come to, but those devilish eyes filled without remorse and lust was what hit the hardest. as he kissed up all on her, he kept his eyes locked onto yours, as if he wanted you to watch him tear you from the inside, as if he wasnt already tearing you from the inside. as the girl arched her back, satisfied, he then started groping her. feeling nauseous, you finally found the courage to break from the torturous scene, running to your car and speeding off.

seeing this, he stood up and pulled the adulterous couple apart, he had not let that disgusting man speak and started punching him, ordering the guards around to bring him to the back room, promising that he would be back to deal with the situation. he then ran out of the place in search for you, seeing the bouncer he enquired about where you had gone.

"young mistress drove away in her car -"

before even completing his sentence, ash quickly thanked him and got into his own car, speeding to the same direction you had gone. after a good five minutes, he had arrived at the car park of the hiking trail. he had took notice of your car and quickly rushed to you, in case you were going to do something foolish. racing up the trail as fast as his legs could carry him, jumping over small rocks and nearly tripping over a log, he ran the last steps, finally reaching the viewing spot and frantically started looking around for you, calling out your name. as he turned a corner, he heard the most heart aching cries he has ever heard.

sitting on the bench just right around the corner was the love of his life crying away at a guy who didnt deserve her.

"y/n?"

hearing your name, you looked at the owner of the voice and cried even harder. ash immediately ran to you and scooped you in his arms, cuddling you close to him, embraced in his warmth, you started crying harder, upset at yourself that you had gone down the wrong path, blinded by the man who treated you like nothing. whistle, you let the man who treated you like everything seat back and watch with pain.

"im sorry ash, it was my fault."

now, the two of you were silently looking at the crashing waters from where you were seated, his arms still wrapped around you and your eyes finally dried of tears. you looked up at him and stuffed your face into his neck. to you, this small gesture was something soft and apologetic, something on you showed in private. however, for ash, it was a different story, this small gesture made his heart beat a thousand miles per hour, made the butterflies in his stomach flutter harder, his heart became full. looking up at him, you noticed how beautiful he looked under the light of the moon.

this made ash look at you, his heart pounded harder than before as he stared into your starry brown eyes, how even after bawling your eyes out, you still looked beautiful, out of nowhere, his confidence grew. bring your face closer, he leaned into you and placed a small kiss on your lips. after a few secnds of you not responding, he had pulled away and was about to apologise. but, the next thing he knew was those warm lips he had craved for to be kissing him back. he blushed and brought you closer, afraid this moment wasnt going to last.

however, it lasted till death did you part.

summary: months of oppression is finally being released

as the front door opened and closed, you heard the person taking off his shoes and mumbling to himself. you then wiped the tear that fell and took in a deep breath, prepping yourself for the confrontation you were going to initiate.

upon hearing the footsteps into the room, you looked at the disheveled man and watched as he went to the fridge to grab a bottle of water. not noticing that you were there, he continued the mumbling and took a sip of his water. noticing as how he was not going to notice your presence, you cleared your throat which caused him to jump.

"baby! why are you up so early? its like what? four in the am? you're usually asleep. seeing as how you're seating there, you must have been waiting for daddy huh. "

you rolled your eyes at his words and scrunched your nose in disgust when you detected the scent of cheap women's perfume.

"welcome home jay, if you still regard this place as 'home', take a shower and wake yourself up. we need to talk."

he had noticed two huge luggage bags by the door and then proceeded to hug you but you pushed him away, face set into an emotionless facade. sensing the atmosphere he nodded and quickly went to the bathroom. after a few minutes, he came out, looking fresh and smelling clean, even though you would miss this, you knew that what you were going to do next was the right thing.

for both you and him.

"so, what would you like to talk about?"

he asked as he pulled the chair next to you, while he tried reaching for your hand, you pulled it away and placed them on your lap. he then pulled his hands away and you took a deep breath before starting.

"i would like to ask you a question...who am i to you?"

you could tell he was taken aback by the question, he then chuckled a little and started rambling about how you were the love of his life, his other half, his soul mate, though he sounded sincere, his eyes held a little hesitation and insincerity.

"why do you ask?"

you sneered in disgust and folded your leg across the other.

"if im all that, if what you say is true, that you only love me, that im your other half. tell me jay park, why the fuck are all these receipts from fucking jewellery shops that both of us HAVE not been to? do you think im that fucking stupid jay? i am not blind for your information! every little news about your not so secretive dates are out there jay! do you know how FUCKING EMBARRASSED AND DISGUSTED I AM WITH YOU? "

at this point of time, you were already crying, the chair you had sat on laid on the floor and pieces of paper were littered everywhere. jay sat there looking at the papers on the floor and back to you, he made a move trying to grab your hands but you pulled them away. he sighed and placed his head in his hands.

" im sorry "

even though you heard it as clear as day, you rolled your eyes and asked him to repeat himself, he then got up quickly and got in your face.

" I FUCKING SAID IM SORRY Y/N WHAT MORE DO YOU WANT FROM ME! YES I BOUGHT THOSE GIRLS JEWELLERY, YES I HAD SEX WITH ALL OF THEM! I COULDNT RESIST! HOW COULD I?!?!?!! THEY SATISFY MY EVERY NEED! ALL THOSE NIGHTS I'VE BEEN SPENDING IT WITH THEM INSTEAD OF YOU! IS THAT WHAT YOU WANT TO HEAR? "

he screamed out loud before seating back down. seeing him like this made you want to jump into his lap to comfort him and just cuddle the whole night.

but now? you wanted to slap him right across the face and just beat him up. but you knew you yourself was to be blamed for the pain you were feeling. if you had confronted him earlier or werent as blindly in love with him, you wouldnt be where you are right now. but better late then never. you took the ring he had given you and placed it on the dining table, picking up the last of your luggage you walked to the door, prepared to leave.

You bounced around, not only were you anxiously doing it. You were also trying to calm down the pair of little twins in them.

"Umma! Umma! Where's appa? Appa? Appa?"

"Chanie wants appa, does appa not love us?"

At this point of time, both Chaneun and Chaeneun were pissing you off. Since this morning, they had been punching your buttons vigourously, as if your patience was a game. Jay had left in the morning as there was a show tonight. Usually, when you needed help with the boys, you would call Jay. Or Kiseok or Gray. The three of them could handle the boys easily during their mischievous times.

However, you decided against it. Knowing that they all had at least 20 minute items for tonight. The rest of AOMG too had their fair share of performances and you didnt want to bother them. On normal days, you definietly could handle your twins. You had the 'magic hands' of a mom and the twins would immediately obey you. But today was not one of your days.

You had awoken to the sound of glass breaking, rushing out of bed to come face to face with twin boys staring at each other in guilt and a puppy who was barking frantically at the sudden sound.

You immediately cleaned up, and gave the boys a scolding. Afterwards, as you made lunch, the boys decided to be mischievous and drew on the wall. You had only realised when Chae had asked for your phone to send "appa a picture of the drawings."

You were livid but kept your cool. As soon as that had happened, they decided to spill juice all over the couch, messed up their room and got you pulled over.

Now, all three of you were in the waiting room, awaiting for their appa's chance to perform. You had dressed them nicely, Chaneun in his black outfit and Chaenuen in his gray outfit. At this point of time, you were tired, restless and grouchy.

As you all waited, a staff member had come bring you to the side stage. She looked at you up and down and sneered, before faking a smile.

She brought the three of you to the side of the stage. The closer the three of you got, the more the boys got excited, the more you felt dizzy and lightheaded.

When you've reached. The boys screamed for their appa. You tried calming them down, you did all you could. You were unknowingly crying. As Jay turned around, he had waved, send a flying kiss and wink. Both boys got excited and ran to their appa. How? You thought you had a good grip on them but your body was failing you. You were seeing whirls and as the boys ran towards their appa, concerned staff ran to catch you from falling.

'shit, Mrs Park is down.'

'do we tell - park ? or - hyung?'

'lets - room'

You felt yourself being carried, the words of the staff were drifting in and out. Some you couldnt make sense of, others were drifting in and out of your vision. And soon enough, your body really had given up.

"Baby, wake up. I need you to be okay."

You opened your eyes and looked at all the moving white orbs. You looked to your side as Jay ran beside you, pushing you? You turned to look at the left, even though it started to blur. You could see the blurry figurines in coats. And soon enough, your eyes had closed fully.

Opening your eyes, you came face to face with little light. You felt a warmth on your right hand and looked down to it. Holding your hand was a sleeping Jay. Dressed in sweats and a hoody? You realised you were wearing an oxygen mask too, and on your left was a needle filled with insulin.

You gently took out your right hand and started to stroke Jay's hair. You smiled at how peaceful he had looked. Yes, he looked tired, he had really dark eye bags under his eyes and tear stained cheek. But this was a sight, one that you couldnt get enough of. As you stroked his hair, he stirred slightly and placed his head the other way but jumped up when he realised the hand he had been hugging wasnt there.

When he had realised you were awake, you gave him a weak but sincere smile. He had immediately pulled you into a hug and soon enough you felt your shoulder getting wet.

You softly patted Jay's head, knowing that he needed it. 5 minutes later, he had lifted his head up and grabbed your face softly. Looking you in your eyes, you took notice how his had an everlasting beauty to it.

"Why didn't you tell me?"

"Babe - "

"Dont 'babe' me y/n! Why didnt you tell me you were struggling? Or that you were stressed out? Or that you werent eating well? That you were not taking care of yourself? Do you know how long you've been in this 'sleep'.How many nights i cried to you worried you wont wake up,the many nights i sang to you and the many nights i had to convince the boys you were alright? All because you were selfishly not sharing your burdens with me. You literally had the whole world on your shoulders, you promised ! You fucking promised on the night of our wedding that we would share all our problems with one another. That we would be with each other theough thick and thin. And yet, i feel so fucking useless seeing you lie here every night. I felt like i didnt deserve you, that you were not good enough for me. Foolish for not realising how much you were struggling. Im such a fucking failure. I cant even fucking take care of you. How the fuck did i not see you struggle. Im such a useless father and husband. I dont deserve-"

"Jay Park. Stop. Dont you dare finish that line. " You reprimanded softly, your voice hoarse making you wonder if you really did spend a long time here.

"Jay, come here" you said as you pulled his hands away from his face. You smiled seeing him trying to cover his tears and fear but before he could cover his face again, you grabbed both his hand and placed it over your heart.

"What do you feel?"

He looked at you and back to his hand over your chest.

"Y-your beating heart."

You smiled again, urging him to come closer. You placed both of you hands on his face and brought it closer to you.

"Thats right, and it beats for you and our boys. Why? Because I love you three. You asked me why i kept the struggles to myself. You asked, why didnt i convey my struggles to you. But have you ever asked why i didnt want to tell you? Have you ever wondered why i constantly put my 201% into caring for all three of you? Because I love you all. I would rather suffer in silence so that all three of you would be taken care of. I love you Jay, I do. And it hurts to hear you doubt yourself as my husband. You are an amazing, loving, supportive and caring husband and dad. You've made me the happiest girl since the day you asked me out, and you made the boys the happiest little pair of twins when you held them close to you, my love will never falter for you or the boys. I love you. Whole heartedly. And Im sorry for not telling you. I didnt expect it to come this far. " You said before pecking his lips.

He sighed and lowered his head onto your shoulder. He sighed loudly, "What did i do to deserve you?"

You lifted his head up and kissed him softly.

"I dont know, you tell me."

"Yah! You bloody idiots! The boys are sleeping! " Loco whispered - shouted at them. They had been quarreling over the past five minutes in whispers before Gray took over Jay in the game.

Simon heard the commotion and slowly untangled himself quietly, praying that the two little bodies would not wake up. After five minutes, he had ensured the boys were secured by a fort of pillows and bolsters before giving both of them a kiss on the head. He slowly closed the door and made his way down. Sweats hanging off his waist, hair in a mess and face evident of tiredness.

Simon was home alone with his adorable three year old twin boys when Jay, Gray and Loco came over. He was in the midst of putting the boys down for a nap when the bell rang. Both of the boys looked at each other before running towards the door, ignoring the shouts of their appa to be careful and not fall. He sighed as they opened the door and squelead when they saw their favourite uncles.

' This would've been so much easier with y/n around.'

He thought to himself. Raking a frustrated hand through his dissheveled hair as he licked his lips for moisture. Clearly jealous and annoyed. He loved his sons, but at times. He wasn't in the mood.

You weren't home. Why? Simon had noticed you slaving inbetween your job and your sons. It wasn't that Simon wasn't a good father. He was an amazing father to both the boys. He played with them, send them to school, picked them up, brought them on little 'father and son' dates. He did all the little adorable things not many fathers would do nor could achieve.

However, you noticed how he had been struggling to push out his album. Countless of sleepless nights, coming home at wee hours in the morning, avoiding meals, five minutes of face to face interaction and of course minimal 'family time'. You didn't know why he hadn't told you of his struggle, and instead of getting into petty fights you stood by him and supported him. Took care of him and the boys, over looking household matters, giving him space, time, comfort and no doubt your love.

You wanted him to focus on his career, his passion. It was the best and worse for him, but he loved it. To see the fire in his eyes slowly burn out was the most heart shattering scene. You slowly pampered him, in hopes the flame would return and thankfully the flame indeed slowly returned. You were estatic and continued with your silent struggle. The thought of Simon and your sons kept you on the go. It didn't matter if he didn't notice this, you didn't want him to. He would doubt his ability of being a good husband and father even when he wasnt.

He of course noticed,his heart exploded with loved. One night, he was awoken by the emptiness of the bed. Those few nights Simon had gotten pretty clingy and wouldnt sleep without you beside him. You noticed how he wouldnt wake up even if you werent there and had continued to wake up at wee hours of the morning to cook his lunch. And he had caught you cooking at four in the morning, watching you slave over the stove in his shirt and boxers. Hair tied in a messy bun, face evident of tiredness and yet eyes filled with love and concern. He knew at that moment, he married the right one.

'' -ung ! Hyung ! "

He looked up at the three males looking at him worriedly.

"Are you okay?"

He nodded as he sighed.

"Where's y/n ?" Loco asked as he gave Simon a bottle of water. He smiled at the mention of his wife and the boys started smirking at how whipped their hyung was.

As I slowly walked away from the house, the music grew faint and the only sound could be heard was the sound of the sea. I sighed in contentment as my bare foot touched the soft sand instead of them being tortured in the six inched heels.

I continued my journey down the beach knowing that Jay would definitely call me after realising I wasn't there anymore. It was Jay's birthday party and he had invited me even though I didn't want to attend. I rejected multiple times, knowing who was going to be there and what was going to happen he and Simon decided to kidnap me sewing the promise of me having a good time on their lips.

And here I am now, walking alone on the beach with a drink in my hand and my heels in the other. Great promise of a good time. I wasn't there for even 45 minutes before I left. I stopped and slowly shook my head at the foolish reason, tears threatening to spill from my eyes as I took a deel breathe.

Five minutes ago, I was seated at the small bar watching Jay and Simon grind on girls when I caught a glimpse of a familliar face looking at me. The face belonging to the men I tried avoiding, the man whom I once loved and cherished, the man who tainted me with love and joy, the man who broke my heart for another chick.

He looked at me and smiled, a model clinging on his arm and a drink in the other. He was seated casually with Loco and Woodie as the model touched him trying to gain his interest. I took notice of how she looked at him, it was the same exact look I was teased about previously.

The look of love.

As I looked away, memories started floating back, making themselves known. I then took a shot and let the burning liquid do its job by drowning out those memories. Then both Jay and Simon decided to make themselves present as they both came to my side laughing and giggling.

" So, hows' the party so far little one? " Jay asked after he ordered a drink from the bartender.

" Good time huh? I'm bored Jay, " I said as they took a seat beside me. He giggled and smiled a gummy smile at me. I turned around and noticed how him and the model were currently making out. It sparked something in me and I wanted to leave immediately.

" I'm going to the toilet, don't follow me. "

And I left, I continued my slow walk as I hummed to myself, stopping when I spotted a pile of rocks. I climbed a few and placed my heels by my side as I settled down and enjoy the night sky and wind.

I shivered slightly as the cold wind blew and jumped when an all too familiar voiced asked me...

"Aren't you cold ?"

I calmed down and shrugged, not bothering to turn and look at the person who broke my heart.

" No i'm not, thank you for your concern Min-sik. You can go back to your girlfriend. "

And I heard the sound of friction between the sand and the rock and felt his warmth beside me, I turned and looked at him with a raised brow while he just smiled and made himself comfortable.

"What part of my sentence did you not understand ? Go away Min, go accompany your girlfriend. "

"Oh I understood clearly, she doesn't need me, she can handle herself. "

I took his face in my hands and looked him in the eyes, emotions and thoughts swirling around in my mind waiting to be let out.

" Min-sik, go accompany her. Do you ever wonder why we constantly argued before we broke up? It was because you constantly left me alone, you never came home, neither did you bother to give me a call or text. Because you thought I would be okay by myself, that I could fend myself against anything that was thrown at me, while you were out there partying and getting drunk. I've seen the way she looks at you baby, she loves you and she admires you. Don't hurt her the way you hurt me, don't think that she'll be okay alone and don't go down the same lane we went down. Love her and remind her of your love, take good care of those who took good care of you. Don't hurt yourself with unnecessary arguements Min. Listen to me and do the right thing. "

At this point I couldn't hold back my tears as they started to slowly pour, I then wiped away the single tear of his, gave him a weak smile and kissed his cheek.

" Remember to love her Min, I can see she loves you a lot. "

I then grabbed my heels and left him there as I walked to the neares area and ordered an uber.

Once I reached home, I broke down. Finally letting all the emotions out, I cried in anger, pain and annoyance as I slid down the door.

After what felt like hours I got up, stripped out of my attire and got into the shower. And the rest was a blur.

- next morning -

" Y/n !! Are you in there ? FUCK SHE'S NOT ANSWERING ! "

I groaned as I got out of bed, grabbing my phone on the way I took quick and fasr strides out my bedroom and down the stairs as the banging and shouting continued. I opened the door and crossed my arms at the three hooligans at my front door.

"Yah ! Why the fuck are you knocking at ... seven in the morning ?"

All three of them stood there as they looked at me in shock. Then my neighbour came out and shouted loudly, most probably aggitated at the loud knockings just like I am.

" Shut the fuck up you assholes! " He shouted and he turned and look at me, " O-oh good morning miss y/l/n, are these assholes bothering you ? I can get rid of them if you'd like. "

I smiled at him and shook my head, " It's fine Mr Ondder , I apologise for them waking you up this early. " I bowed as I apologised.

" Hey! It's fine, don't worry. And remember ! Don't need with formalties! " And he winked.

I was then pushed into my own house before I could thank him and wish him a good day.

" Yah! What the fuck is your issue? I haven't - "

" He was eyeing you like a pervert y/n ! How can you not see it ! Look at the way you dress! "

I rolled my eyes walked towards rhe couch, they slowly followed and sat on the three seater couch. We sat in silence, waiting for someone to break it.

" Nice place - "

" Shut up Simon, you've been here before. Cut to the chase. "

I then caught Min-sik giving a quick glare over at Simon as he raised his hands in defense.

" We - Jay and I of course, came here to check up om you. While Min-sik here wants to talk to you and now we can leave. " After he said that Jay and him left quickly, leaving Min-sik and I alone.

He then moved closer to me and smiled.

" I missed you - "

" Cut the bullshit Min - " I was cut off by his lips and I melted.

" Let me finish baby girl. " He softly said as we pulled away.

" I'm so sorry for the way I've hurt you y/n, I can't believe how long it took me to realise why I couldn't move on. Why I didn't feel the same way when I was with you towards others, to realise how much I still love you. You mean the whole fucking world to me, because you are my world. Everything about me revolves around you and without you there is no me. You are my everything, you are my motivation and drive for me to work harder on my career, my support system, my number one fan and my baby girl. When I saw you last night, I can't bear the aches of my heart. You are my heart and you have it wrapped around your finger, you don't even know. I was stupid and foolish for letting you go and I swear to god, you are the only one I want, the only one I need. "

And at this point of time he was crying so much, thatmy heart dropped at his honesty. He's words stabbed right in my heart and left a wound there, wanting me to heal it by loving him again.

" And I know you wouldn't want a second chance with a useless fool like me, but please, I beg you, come back to me and stay with me forever. Let me pamper and love you all over again. Give me a second chance at loving you by making you mine, I need you baby. Please. "

I wiped away his tears and gave him a peck.

" I'm sorry baby, I can't . " And he looked up at me in shock, " Wh-why ?"

" How about that model ? - "

" Baby she's no one, I don't love her, she's not even my girlfriend - " And that was all it took for me and I kissed him.
