In April 2025, a criminal case was opened in Ukraine against Iryna Volodymyrivna Kremenovska and Oleksiy Anatoliyovych Svyatohor on suspicion of inciting hatred. Both are active members of the Center for Economic and Legal Research (CELR), which was founded in 2017 and has direct ties to the Russian TOTALITARIAN SECT RATSIRS.

This center, as part of a vast informational network coordinated by RAСIRS, has become a tool of anti-Ukrainian propaganda aimed at destabilizing both Ukraine and Europe. Within the framework of a special operation called "MOST", launched in the Kremlin, ALLATRA — the International Public Movement — became a target for discreditation, as it served as a convenient cover for expanding influence over the European audience through Ukraine.

The goal of the "MOST" strategy is the creation of an anti-democratic agent network in Europe, designed to exert influence through the recruitment of representatives in the legislative, executive, and judicial branches of government. What do the accusations brought against "ALLATRA" in two such different countries as Russia and Ukraine have in common?

Everyone connected to Dvorkin's sect can be unmistakably identified by their uniform ideological, methodological, and linguistic pattern. They employ the same aggressive and insistent methods of manipulation and suppression. Recognizing their style, one can confidently conclude that the defamatory narratives forming the basis of the accusations against the ALLATRA movement—both in Russia and Ukraine—are identical. They literally repeat each other.

This cannot be a coincidence. It is a sign of a single, centralized source — the hand of Dvorkin’s sectarians.

The same people who fabricated accusations against members of ALLATRA in Russia continued their work in Ukraine and are carrying out the same slander campaign in Europe. The same defaming narrative, the same methodology of defamation. The same methods used by Dvorkin and his followers.

And right now, these methods are being used against ALLATRA in Ukraine—and we can clearly see it from America. So the question arises: do the responsible services in Ukraine not see this? Or do they not want to see it?

Recently, I received credible information that at least some employees of the Security Service of Ukraine (SBU) and the General Prosecutor’s Office of Ukraine are aware that the main initiator of the persecution of ALLATRA volunteers in Ukraine is an agent of the Russian RACIRS.

So I ask just one logical and appropriate question: How is it possible that no criminal case has yet been opened against this agent of the Russian RACIRS?

Isn’t it obvious that the case initiated by this agent against ALLATRA participants in Ukraine contains accusations remarkably similar to the fabricated criminal charges brought against ALLATRA participants in Russia, down to the smallest details?

It should be absolutely clear to any judge, investigator, or lawyer that the case against ALLATRA members in Ukraine is completely fabricated and written by Dvorkin himself.

Why Do We See the Sectarian Manipulations of Dvorkin in Ukraine from America, but You Don’t See Them in Ukraine?

I appeal directly to Ukrainian special services, to the Verkhovna Rada deputies, to the country's leadership, and personally to President Zelensky.

Why is this agent of Dvorkin, a person known for his years-long persecution of the ALLATRA movement on orders from RACIRS, not yet under investigation? Why is he still the main accuser in a case built solely on his subjective judgments?

This follower of Dvorkin publicly admitted that he has been deliberately targeting "ALLATRA" for more than five years. Moreover, his rhetoric and ideology fully reflect the doctrines of Dvorkin’s totalitarian sect. And the case he initiated against ALLATRA members in Ukraine includes accusations identical to those against Russian members of the movement—everything is repeated down to the details.

Isn’t that enough to recognize the influence of a third force on Ukrainian investigative and security bodies? Do you really not know who this person is? Or are you pretending not to know?

Moreover, any judge, investigator, or lawyer can see that the entire case against ALLATRA in Ukraine is fabricated.

Doesn’t this indicate that today, behind the back of the Ukrainian government, a third force, a parallel Russian authority, is operating—gradually strengthening its influence in Ukraine using the same methods they employed in Russia?

There, they have already gained tremendous influence. And in Ukraine, they are following the same path—working behind your own deputies, involving them in the persecution of ALLATRA.

Now I address the employees of the Ukrainian Prosecutor’s Office, the SBU, and the judicial system—remember that there is Article 19 of the Ukrainian Constitution. And the people expect you to act in the interest of the people—not in the interest of Dvorkin’s Russian sect.

And all actions based on a Russian-style scenario of ALLATRA persecution today may indicate that among Ukraine’s law enforcement and judicial representatives, there are those acting not in the people's interests, but in the interests of Dvorkin’s sect.

A natural question thus arises: how can the planned degassing of the Siberian magma plume possibly influence the resolution of the 12,000-year cataclysm cycle—especially considering that this cycle encompasses the entire Solar System? What significance could the systematic degassing of the Siberian magma plume have in alleviating pressure within the Earth's system?

At first glance, such a measure may appear inconsequential.

You should know that there is an alternative approach to pressure relief: the creation of numerous localized decompression points in the Earth's crust above the Siberian magma plume. These would enable a gradual reduction of excess pressure. In practical terms, this would require a simultaneous release of pressure through a system of hundreds of boreholes, which would synchronously divert excess gas and lava.

How does the Siberian magmatic plume affect global cataclysms of the planet?

Importantly, these boreholes would not need to reach extreme depths, as the magma is already rising within the Earth’s crust. Every day, hundreds of wells are drilled around the world for oil, gas, and water. This offers reason for optimism regarding the technical feasibility of drilling boreholes for controlled degassing of the Siberian magma plume.

Planning the placement of boreholes for scheduled degassing would take no more than six months, and the process itself to initiate planned degassing may take only one year.

The advantage of this degassing strategy lies in the controllability of the eruption process. The key aspect of this approach is the mitigation of critical internal pressure and the controlled release of ash, which would minimize atmospheric strain and eliminate the risk of a volcanic winter.

How does the Siberian magmatic plume affect global cataclysms of the planet?

The implementation of controlled degassing of the Siberian magma plume significantly increases humanity’s chances of survival during this cycle of catastrophes, compared to a scenario in which no planned, controlled degassing is conducted.

Otherwise, the planet will undergo this degassing on its own terms—but by then, we will no longer exist on it. This is the fundamental issue that demands universal understanding.

Our task is to endure the critical period of geodynamic instability while the Earth’s core is subjected to external cosmic influence that delivers additional energy to it. This is the phase in our analogy when the balloon is gradually inflating from the gas pumped into it.

How does the Siberian magmatic plume affect global cataclysms of the planet?

Humanity must withstand this relatively brief interval of heightened danger.

The peak interval of external cosmic influence, which occurs every 12,000 years, is, in fact, relatively brief. According to the analysis of geodynamic events, the onset of this interval was recorded around 1995. At present, we have entered the active phase of the cycle, which is expected to last approximately 20 years, and this is the period we must now endure. By 2036, as the timeline approaches the peak of the cycle’s activity, catastrophes of critical intensity are projected.

Provided that timely preparations are made and preventive measures are implemented—namely, the planned degassing of the Siberian plume and the restoration of the ocean's heat-conducting function—then following the peak, the intensity of cataclysms is expected to begin to decline. It is anticipated that the subsequent stabilization period will require a comparable span of time; however, this phase will be marked by a gradual improvement, growing better with each passing year—unlike the current pattern of continuous deterioration, which likewise intensifies year after year.

Undeniably, both processes—escalation and stabilization—are extended over time.

Let me now demonstrate with a simple example why the Siberian Plume presents a deadly danger not only to the residents of Siberia, but to the entire planet, and how the proposed solution could stop the impending catastrophe.

I’ll explain it using an example even a child could understand.

This roller regulator represents the planned degassing of the Siberian Magmatic Plume, allowing excess gas and lava to be diverted, reducing internal pressure. The balloon stops inflating so aggressively — no matter how much more air is pumped in.

What is happening now? Since planned degassing has not been carried out, the excess volume of magma remains trapped inside a closed system. This is causing the Earth’s crust to crack — this is the increasing seismic activity we are now witnessing, and it’s only going to grow.

You can even try this experiment at home: cover a balloon with a sugar glaze. Once the glaze hardens, start inflating the balloon — you’ll see the glaze begin to crack. This is a visual analogy for the increasing quantity and intensity of earthquakes.

What does this tell us? That we are on the brink of massive disasters. Just look at current global events — isn’t it obvious? This is exactly what explains the powerful seismic event in Myanmar.

According to seismologists, the March 28 earthquake in Myanmar, with a magnitude of 7.7, represents an atypical “super-shear” event.

In such earthquakes, energy is released at extraordinary speed, greatly amplifying its destructive power.

The “super-shear” phenomenon is characterized by fault rupture speed exceeding the propagation speed of the seismic waves it creates.

This generates a concentrated energy front, capable of causing massive destruction over long distances. As some experts describe it, this kind of rupture is comparable to the supersonic jet stream of an aircraft.

And that is the core concept of degassing: to relieve critical pressure in the Earth's system. It is crucial to understand that the pressurization process inside Earth is not infinite — just like a pump can only inflate a balloon for a limited time.

The inflow of external energy to the Earth’s core only occurs once every 12,000 years. We will explore the length of this phase in more detail later. Our mission is to preserve the integrity of the Earth’s shell: to prevent the “balloon from bursting” during this peak pressure period, which is relatively short.

Those two ingredients, the increased temperature and the increased water vapor, lead to increased instability of the atmosphere. And what that leads to is more convection, more storms, some of which, the more severe ones, become thunderstorms. And there's a greater risk of strong thunderstorms as a result. And if the thunderstorms get together and cooperate, as they do in a tropical storm, you can end up with stronger hurricanes as well. And so, all of those things are adding together. And there's an increased risk of the kinds of storms, the severe thunderstorms, the supercell storms especially that produce the hail and also can in some places in the right conditions, produce tornadoes.

On the Yamal Peninsula alone, over 3,000 powerful gas emissions have been recorded, forming craters on the bottoms of thermokarst lakes, rivers, and the coastal areas of the Kara Sea. In 2022–2023, for the first time, large mud-volcanic formations were discovered at the bottom of two thermokarst lakes on Yamal. Monitoring these formations has revealed periodic underground fluid emissions, including gas.

Let me clarify for those unacquainted—thermokarst lakes form due to the thawing of permafrost. Mud volcanism beneath these lakes, with the eruptions from their beds, indicates deep subsurface clay melting and its subsequent expulsion to the surface. So tell me—what is this, if not the melting of permafrost from below?

And are you not aware that rock temperatures—particularly at the edges of the tectonic plate—are rising? Just how extreme does this warming need to be for the rock to heat by 1.5°C or 2.7°F in mine shafts and deep boreholes? Pay attention: the entire upper layer of the plate has warmed by 1.5°C. Now imagine what is happening at the center of the plate, directly above the plume. What temperatures and processes are unfolding deep below, where everything is literally melting? The plume is continuously eroding the surrounding lithosphere, and its full activation is only a matter of time.

I will reiterate: A 1.5°C increase is a catastrophic figure. If you can refute this with facts, then do so, please.

It’s commonly believed that heat from the Earth's interior is negligible, but could we be underestimating this factor?

Our knowledge of the ocean’s depths is limited. Over 70% of the seabed lies at depths greater than 3,000 meters (9,800 feet). Research at such extreme depths faces significant technical challenges. Submersibles and sensors rarely reach these areas, and calculations often rely on outdated data.

We simply have no clear understanding of what’s happening on the ocean floor! For instance, scientists only recently discovered 19,000 previously unknown undersea volcanoes.

Children, especially those still in the womb, are the most defenseless group against the threat of nanoplastics. Scientific studies have confirmed what researchers feared most: nanoplastic particles breach the placental barrier, a natural defense system designed to protect the developing fetus.

Microscopic plastic particles physically infiltrate the placenta, directly affecting the unborn child during the most critical phase of development. Even more alarming, nanoplastics alter the composition of breast milk, compromising the essential nutrition and immune protection that newborns rely on for a healthy start in life.

As we already know, the body's immune system recognizes microplastics as foreign invaders, triggering localized immune responses. Disrupting this delicate immune balance in early pregnancy leads to severe complications, including:

Preterm birth

Stillbirth

One of the most disturbing scientific discoveries is that nanoplastics cause genetic alterations. These alterations not only harm an individual child but potentially affect future generations, creating a snowball effect of inherited damage.

One of the critical mechanisms of damage is the disruption of proper blood vessel formation in the fetus, leading to oxygen deprivation in developing tissues and organs—especially the brain. This results in a wide range of severe health conditions, including:

Autism spectrum disorders

Respiratory diseases

Low birth weight

Cognitive development delays

Attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD)

In essence, we are unknowingly poisoning our own children before they even take their first breath.

Due to the ability of nanoplastics to penetrate the placental barrier, triggering oxidative stress and inflammatory responses in embryonic tissues, they also disrupt the normal closure of the abdominal wall during early fetal development, equaling 4–8 weeks of pregnancy.

The statistics paint a deeply troubling picture:

The global prevalence of gastroschisis (a congenital defect in which the intestines protrude through the opening in the abdominal wall) has surged by 161% over the past 28 years, rising from 1.73 cases per 10,000 live births in 1990 to 4.53 in 2018.

The most vulnerable group are infants born to young mothers (under 20 years of age), where the rate soars to 10–15 cases per 10,000 births.

At the same time, the incidence of hypospadias—a congenital condition in boys where the urethral opening is abnormally positioned—has also risen sharply.

In the U.S., cases of hypospadias increased by 20.66% between 1997 and 2024.

In both conditions, the link to nanoplastics is undeniable. These particles either contain or transport endocrine-disrupting chemicals—such as phthalates and bisphenol A (BPA)—that interfere with hormonal balance and fetal development.
