I feel like I should clarify that what I'm working on is a completed Korean webnovel! I'm reviewing the ENG translation for OMO Fictions before it gets published to their site. :)

I've been pretty much doing exclusively traditional art for the last couple years after major burn out. It's been a lot of fun and very relaxing! And I've bought like...WAY too many markers, watercolor pencils, and pans. (They all get used! I rotate.)

So I made a dedicated ✨ Swatch Book ✨ to reference and feel like sharing it! Because it turned out cute!

Also, I hand carved the fish I used to make swatches from an eraser 🐟

There's a method to the madness in how they're colored in, allowing me to tell the darkest and lightest version of a color, how well water picks it up, and how well it sticks to the paper among other things!
