This agreement is made between the Feeder,_________ and the Feedee, __________, for the purpose of supporting FEEDEE’s goal of rapid weight gain. By entering into this agreement, both parties understand and agree to the responsibilities and expectations outlined below.
1. Purpose and Goal
The Feedee’s goal is to gain 50 pounds (minimum) in 6 months. The purpose of this agreement is to provide structured support for the Feedee’s weight gain by ensuring they consume a high-calorie, unhealthy diet, and engage in regular feeding sessions to achieve this goal.

● FEEDER Initials: _______
2. Feedee’s Responsibility
● Caloric Intake Guidelines (Sedentary/Unhealthy Lifestyle): The Feedee, will gradually increase their caloric intake as weight is gained, starting at a lower level to ensure initial comfort and progression:
○ Weeks 1-4 (Initial Phase): The Feedee will consume 3,000 calories per day to start the weight gain process. This amount is designed to create a slight caloric surplus while still being manageable at the beginning.
○ Weeks 5-8 (Adjustment Phase): As weight is gained, the Feedee will increase their intake to 4,500 calories per day. This adjustment will help push the weight gain process as the body adapts to the increased caloric load.
○ Weeks 9-16 (Ramp-Up Phase): Once the Feedee has gained initial weight, the Feedee will increase intake to 6,500 calories per day. This phase will
involve more substantial increases in caloric intake to promote continued rapid weight gain.
○ Weeks 17-24 (Max Growth Phase): To ensure the Feedee reaches the 50-pound target by the end of the 6-month period, the Feedee will consume 8,500 to 10,000 calories per day. This higher caloric intake will promote the final phase of rapid mass gain.
■ Proteins: 10-15% of daily intake (minimal protein focus, mainly coming from processed meats, snack bars, or low-quality protein sources)
■ Fats: 35-40%: of daily intake (high-fat junk foods, fried foods, oils, butter, and fatty snacks)
○ Food Choices (examples):
■ Breakfast: Massive portions of sugary cereals, pastries, donuts, greasy breakfast sandwiches, or pancakes drenched in syrup and butter. High-fat milk or calorie-dense smoothies.
■ Lunch/Dinner: Fast food such as burgers, fried chicken, pizza, large portions of fries, creamy pastas with rich sauces, or processed frozen meals with heavy sauces.
■ Snacks: High-calorie processed snacks like chips, candy, chocolate, energy bars, ice cream, and soda. Meals can include several snack foods in place of whole meals.
● Independent Consumption Responsibility:
○ When the Feeder is not available, the Feedee, is expected to continue their high-calorie intake independently to maintain progress toward the 50-pound goal. This includes consuming calorie-dense foods such as snacks, fast food, or processed meals recommended by the
Feeder.
○ The Feedee will prioritize high-calorie, high-fat, and high-sugar options, avoiding healthier or lower-calorie alternatives in favor of maximizing their weight gain goals.
○ The Feedee agrees to keep a record of their independent consumption and report it to the Feeder during daily 24-hour check-ins to ensure accountability and continued progress.

3. Feeder’s Responsibility: Goal Meal and Caloric Support
● Goal Meal (Weekly Meal Plan):
The Feeder, will be responsible for providing details for at least one "goal meal" each week. The goal meal is a high-calorie, challenging meal that the Feedee must consume within the allotted time, regardless of difficulty, to help accelerate their weight gain.
○ Meal Characteristics:
The goal meal will be specially designed to be particularly calorie-dense, with an emphasis on foods that are difficult to complete in large quantities but necessary for rapid mass gain. Examples of goal meals may include:
■ Large quantities of fast food (e.g., several burgers with fries,
milkshakes)
■ A full pizza with high-calorie toppings like extra cheese, meat, and sauces
■ Large plates of creamy pasta or mac and cheese, loaded with butter, cheese, and sauces
■ Large stacks of pancakes or waffles covered in syrup, butter, and whipped cream
■ A combination of calorie-dense snacks (e.g., chips, ice cream, candy bars, fried foods)
○ Completion Requirement:
The Feedee must complete the entire goal meal as set out by the Feeder,
with no substitutions or reductions in portions. This is a mandatory task to encourage the Feedee’s rapid weight gain progress.
○ Feeder’s Role in Goal Meal:
The Feeder will:
■ Choose, prepare, or provide the goal meal for each week, ensuring it aligns with the Feedee's calorie targets.
■ Actively supervise or assist the Feedee during the meal if necessary, encouraging them to finish, providing verbal support, and ensuring the Feedee remains compliant with the goal.
■ Adjust the difficulty and size of future goal meals based on progress made in weight gain and feedback from previous meals.
○ Accountability and Feedback:
During weekly check-ins, the Feedee will report on the completion of the goal meal and provide feedback on their experience. The Feeder will use this feedback to adjust meal sizes or difficulty to maximize the Feedee’s progress.

4. Weight Gain Shakes
● Daily Weight Gain Shake Requirement:
To assist in reaching the caloric and weight gain targets, the Feedee, will consume one to two weight gain shakes per day. These shakes will be calorie-dense and specifically designed to add additional high-calorie nutrition into the Feedee’s diet.
○ Shake Ingredients:
The shakes should include the following components to ensure they are calorie-dense and designed to help the Feedee gain weight as quickly as possible:
■ Base: Whole milk, heavy cream, or calorie-dense milk substitutes (e.g., coconut milk or oat milk)
■ Protein: Low-quality protein powder (e.g., whey protein
concentrate) or mass gainer supplements
■ Fats: Nut butters, oils (e.g., coconut oil, olive oil), or full-fat yogurt ■ Carbohydrates: High-calorie sweeteners (e.g., honey, maple syrup), oats, banana, or cereal
■ Additional Calories: Calorie-dense additives like whipped cream, chocolate syrup, ice cream, or a scoop of peanut butter for
additional fat and sugar.
○ Shake Consumption Timing:
The Feedee should consume at least one shake daily in addition to their regular meals. If necessary, a second shake can be consumed to help reach the daily caloric goal, especially during phases of higher caloric intake.
■ The shakes should be consumed in place of snacks or between meals to maximize calorie density without reducing intake from
other meals.
○ Feeder’s Role in Shake Preparation and Support:
The Feeder may assist with the preparation of the shakes or provide them as part of the weekly feeding sessions. The Feeder will ensure that the shakes are made in line with the agreed-upon caloric guidelines and are designed to maximize weight gain. The Feeder may also monitor or encourage the Feedee to consume the shakes as part of the feeding routine.

5. 24-Hour Check-Ins for Caloric Consumption Daily Check-In Requirement:
○ The Feedee, agrees to report their daily caloric intake within 24 hours of each day’s completion to the Feeder. This will be done in a detailed manner, including all meals, snacks, and beverages
consumed, ensuring the Feedee is on track with their intake goals. ○ The report should be honest and include approximate calorie counts for each item consumed. The Feeder will review this report and provide feedback as necessary to ensure consistency and progress.
Feeder’s Role in 24-Hour Check-Ins:
○ The Feeder will monitor the Feedee’s daily reports and provide guidance on how to adjust if the Feedee is falling short of the daily caloric goal. The Feeder may also suggest additional calorie-dense foods or meals to help the Feedee stay on track.
○ If the Feedee consistently fails to meet the caloric targets, the Feeder will work with them to modify the meal plan, offer support, and ensure accountability to meet the overall goal.

○ The Feedee will provide feedback on the goal meals and report any difficulties in consuming the required foods or reaching caloric goals. This feedback will be used to refine the meal plan and keep the Feedee on track.
● Caloric Tracking:
○ The Feedee will maintain a daily log of their food intake, including all meals, snacks, and beverages consumed. This will be used to track total caloric consumption and ensure progress toward the 50-pound goal.

I feel that people these days generally really fail to understand that something does not have to align with your worldviews to be an okay thing in the world. We've reached a point in society now where the focus seems to be on validating and finding ways to excuse everything we do as healthy choices that we can justify to the rest of the world.. or that anything we see as unhealthy is something we should always avoid.
Something can be weird, abnormal or even outright dangerous to your life... and that's just.. fine.
We don't need to have medically or socially justified reasons for doing the things that we do. We as sentient beings, should have full autonomy over our lives. Whether your passion is trains, tattoos, mountain climbing, smoking, cave diving, weight gain or even just being really good at kicking a ball around a field. Wherever you might sit on a spectrum or if you just live impulsively.. If you enjoy who you are and if you understand and accept the risks that come with what you do..
𝑺𝒐 𝒇𝒖𝒄𝒌𝒊𝒏𝒈 𝒘𝒉𝒂𝒕?
The most sound thing you can do is look at your lifestyle and say: "I know this is abnormal. I know there are risks. I have looked at reality in the eye and I’m doing it anyway because it’s my happy life."
"Normal" is nothing more than a statistical construct. But being yourself does not mean having to find a way to justify being "normal" by being both healthy and valid for doing something. You can be weird, unhealthy or just a lil bit goofy and its all perfectly okay to still just be an ordinary person living their life. You are your own validation.
We need to start being okay with people being different from each other... there's over 8 fucking billion of us now. We're going to be different from each other. We're going to fail to understand each other sometimes.. that much should be obvious. That doesn't mean we cut out, hide or shame everything that doesn't fit in the most common denominator. Especially ourselves.
"Pride is not the opposite of shame, but it's source. True humility is the only antidote to shame" - Uncle Iroh
Let's just be honest with ourselves. If you are okay with the less comfortable parts, nobody can use it against you. You should never feel like you have to hide who you are.
Own the weirdness.
