Hi, I signed up for the ShKlance card, and I was just wondering if I had to make ShKlance together, or if I could do one pairing (eg Sheith with a jealous Lance) or does it have to be the three of them together?
As long as all three of them are the focus of whatever content you make you are good to go!
The specifics of their relationship dynamics are up to you.

The deadline is two weeks before the end-date of the round. So for Round Three that is October 17th.

Hello, Bingo Players!
First off, I want to thank you all for your patience this past couple of months. Real Life has made things challenging, but we are officially back in business! This announcement is to get the ball rolling with three things.
1) For personal reasons, Mod Savv has had to step down for now. Hopefully, they will be able to return later, but we shall carry on.
2) I am looking for someone to help with modding the tumblr. If you are interested, please dm me either here on tumblr @liveandletrain or on discord at LiveAndLetRain#3819. Or e-mail me at [email protected]
3) The application for Round Three will go live on June 15th!!!
I am so sorry for the long wait. The tumblr queue for Round Two is also behind as is the announcement for the participants and who made bingo and I hope to have those up soon.

I was just wondering if there was going to be a round three for this? I participated in round one and loved it but atm and far too busy to even consider round two.
We do hope that there will be a Round Three. Round Two is something of a test drive for the new mods. We will be reconvening at the end of the round and coming to a decision about Round Three then.

February 1st-8th will be focused on requesting and handing out bingo cards.

Like we said in the previous post, we need your feedback in order to make this event great for everyone! We’re going to have the surveys up for about a week so that we can get our second round ready to roll out at the beginning of February.

Round Two!
Hello everybody! Sorry for the long radio silence, but you will be glad to hear that Round Two should be up and running soon, just a couple of things to do first!
First of all, introducing the new mods! @jadengrace1 and @liveandletrain have inherited this event from Mod Blip and we are super excited to get to work with all of you.
Second, we hope to be rolling out Round Two at the beginning of February, which isn’t that far away.
In order for that to work, we need something from you.
A survey will be going out sometime this weekend about Round One and how it worked and didn’t work for you and a couple options regarding Round Two. If you could fill that out and get it back to us as quickly as possible that would be amazing. You will have a week from the day it goes out but the sooner we start getting those results back the better. The survey will be linked on both discord and tumblr.
Round Two will only be two months long, covering February and March. We hope for future rounds to have a bit more time, but for this one, we’re keeping it smaller for our own sakes as we figure things out.

The Current Status of Round 2
I apologize again for having had to push back this announcement. I very suddenly came down with something and didn’t have the energy to do much of anything. But, here this finally is, and it is (unfortunately) sad news.
I (Mod Blip) will not be running Voltron Bingo for a second round.
Why?
A couple reasons: Firstly, for the last few months I’ve noticed that I’ve been distancing myself from Voltron, especially after the release of the final season. While I’m still active in a few zine projects, that’s really the extent of my VLD fandom involvement at this point. While up until a few weeks ago I still planned to get the second round up and running, that has now changed.
Additionally, the recent update to tumblr’s guidelines is incredibly detrimental censorship-wise to what this event should allow. I have no interest personally in changing the rules of this event to “abide” by tumblr’s nsfw guidelines; however, at the same time I don’t believe there’s any better platform with which to run this event, since tumblr really does seem to be the VLD fandom’s headquarters.
What does this mean for the event?
While I do not intend to run this blog any longer, I would be happy to transfer it to someone who believes they have the ability to take it on and keep Voltron Bingo going. I’ll provide info, templates, and anything else you need, to the best of my ability. If you feel confident that you have the time and experience to be able to keep the event going, please reach out to me by email at [email protected].
To any participants if the event does continue, a few things:
First, I cannot guarantee what experience you’ll have with the new mod(s). They may take a different approach than I did with how the event is run.
Second, any answers to questions I’ve previously given regarding the second round may no longer apply. Make sure you check with the new rules/mod(s).
Everything going forward will be subject to the new mod(s)’ approval, including possibly even the platform Voltron Bingo is run on.
It’s been an incredible experience these last few months with all of the contributors to the last round. I’m so grateful to everyone who provided me with help in getting the bingo set up, as well as all the lovely people who were so excited for the event. From the bottom of my heart, thank you <3

Event Update
In light of tumblr’s update to their guidelines, which bans visual depictions of NSFW content, there is going to be a reevaluation of how this event will continue. The informational post that was supposed to be made yesterday has been postponed until further notice, and the start date of round 2 will likely be postponed as well (initially it was planned for mid-December). I’d like to see the effects of the change in guidelines before making any rash decisions on the future of this event!
The content posted or reblogged to @voltronbingoworks for round 1 will stay there. I quickly scrolled through all the posts there to see if any were flagged, and unfortunately there were a few (mostly incorrectly). Fortunately most people were unaffected, but I want to give a heads up to the following people in case they don’t know already:
@perrytheplatypusgirl - a few of your AU card fills were flagged despite a) being text posts and b) having no nsfw content @fiery-mullet - a couple of your gif sets were flagged for no discernible reason @poptartsart - your one nsfw art piece was flagged, the only one that does technically fit the guidelines of what will be banned on tumblr
It is up to the OPs of those posts to have them sent for non-computerized review, which is the reason for the heads up!

Round 1 Achievements! (p1)
After three months of hard work from our creators, Round 1 is now over! Congratulations to everyone who posted even one fill during the event (there were over 450 fills total, which is AMAZING), and a big thank you to all participants for the support you showed this event through your reblogs and comments, encouraging words in the Discord server, and overall enthusiasm! It is very much appreciated.
This post celebrates the achievements of those creators who reached the ultimate goal of getting a bingo/blackout, and serves to recognize all of our incredible participants!
As a reminder, all fills are on the blog @voltronbingoworks, and the content from this round is searchable under the tag “round 1”. The Ao3 collection is available here.
