Day 1. shit was brutal. ik you can just quit cold turkey or whatever but y'know, i'm trying. so i had 1 slice of pizza & 4 bottles of water. i also went to the gym for an hour which was HELL but i kinda enjoyed it. if i keep this up, i'll reach my goal in no time. honestly, my 2nd BIGGEST motivation isn't even getting to my goal weight, it's getting under 200lbs. i fee disgusting y'know? and i'm excited to be happy i guess.
