Imagine where you could be by this time next year. Now do the work
say it with me :
if I can vividly see it, there’s no reason why it can’t become reality for me. nothing is closed off to me. endless opportunities are readily available and they are here.
How do you become more confident?
You cut off all external sources of self-doubt and self-loathing, this includes people and social spaces where you feel questioned or unappreciated. You remove all sources of toxic comparisons and learn to explore the things that make you unique and happy as an individual. You learn to better yourself in different hobbies or areas of interests and become more aware of who you are and what you're capable in the process. You realize that you are not the opinions of others, and that the opinions of people who are imperfect and flawed should never be something to put on a pedestal. You learn to love yourself for who you are and continually improve to be her best version. You become unapologetic and confident as a result.

You're dangerous when you're organized. Visualize it, grind for it, watch it manifest. Detach from everything that doesn't make you happy.
I’m top tier and I don’t have to prove it.

It’s important to ask yourself these 3 things:
Where am I now?
Where do I want to end up?
If I keep doing the things I currently do everyday for the foreseeable future, will I end up where I want to be?
And then act accordingly.
To make up some examples, I am currently a C grade student and I want to get a 4.0 to get into a good med school. If I keep studying 8 hours a day and ask for help as needed like I am currently doing, will I end up at my goal? Yes.
I am currently 50lbs overweight and I want to reach my goal weight in 1 year. If I keep ignoring my workout schedule and eating unhealthy foods that are full of sugars and are calorie dense like I am currently doing, will I end up at my goal? No. I need to act accordingly.
Always review your goals and be honest about your daily progress. Many things in life are fully in our control. Keep your eyes on the prize and make sure that your daily habits are leading you to success.
If you lost your teenage years to mental illness and/or trauma, I just want you to know that you did not "miss out on the best years of your life" and that it isn't actually too late for you to have fun, explore yourself and grow into the person you want to be. There's still plenty of time for all of that. I promise.
