This is Q, he is my human error man and his design is like 95% done but I haven't touched this for like 8 months so posting now lol

Both of his hands are self-coded hologram/3-D model prosthetics.

For likely my only entry in mermay this year, have random unnamed blueberror mer!

I only know/have decided a few things about her-

1. Is a lady

2. Her soul exploded. I dunno how yet, it just did and the gaping hole and dripping sludge is all thats left

3. Not 100% sure what causes the fire-like stuff from her head and shoulders but underneath is a massive horror-like skull crack and probably some kind of huge puncture for the shoulder

4. The smoky stuff is like the equivalent of her blood/marrow and comes from smaller injuries and can heal up/scar, anything too major and it becomes another firey spot

5. The attacks are inspired by brittle sea stars and can probably be launched like cannonballs to entangle enemies. They’re probably made of the same stuff that leaks from the soulsplosion. The smoke stuff and or fire might be able to be incorporated into attacks as well somehow but I’m undecided on that

Her tail is very loosely inspired by a frilled shark! You can see in my initial sketch a bit better under the readmore (tho keep in mind some things were changed). I made the tail fin a star!!!!!

A weird dog :)

Its name is The Offering, it appears randomly if you need ‘help’ and if you don’t give it something to do it’ll just reach into the center of that bundle of arms and pull out something fleshy and still bleeding. A lovely gift :)

The second image is how you’d actually see it, a walking image simply erased from the background, a silhouette of nonexistence that if you were to touch you couldn’t feel, yet something is still there, silently watching you.

"I'm so sorry, Code." Glaze says, soft and apologetic, words punctuated with a nuzzle. "Can you still find it in your heart to love me?”

"Yes, yes, of course, I always will!" Code sniffles as the water drips from his dreads, squeezing his boyfriend tighter, like he's trying to merge them together, whatever it takes to keep him where he belongs.

"Good," Vieux's lip curls, the shackles on Code's wrists finally clattering to the floor. "I need a favor."

He walks away alone,  stained up to his elbows with gore, a glitching green soul quivering above his hand.

"So, Code," Vieux says, thick globs of ink swirling up to pierce it, dying the spasming heart with veins of thick, pulsing black.

Moss has flattened from his footsteps, heavy ripples shimmer across the lake's dark surface.

Blood drips from a pool behind him, gristle spread across the cave floor.

Something sinks far below, eyes blank and empty.

"...do you love me now?"

Periwinkle and Zenith, my Crystal-souled Dream and Nightmare bitties! Both grew up in a Nightmare colony, which means Periwinkle is bigger and stronger than his brother and Zenith is weaker and shorter due to having his growth stunted from growing up around so much negativity. Both their souls are pure white!

Meet Prey

few facts

-yes that is a bomber jacket OVER a jean jacket OVER a fannypack OVER a hawaiian shirt

-circlet goes with him from host to host

-prefers using nightmares

-magic is always pink and if something has room to have purple stripes then it has purple stripes

-no eyelight, the parasite sees from its position in the socket

-parasite has six tentacles with the top one missing

-bottom middle tentacle works as a prehensile tail, mostly used to grab stuff while the other four act as hands for more delicate tasks
