Kids were playing till 11 and Pavi asked them to go to sleep. Aadhav went down to Nandita’s bed and sang the lullaby, say good night song in his own words like “go to sleep go to sleep little dumbo”. All of us laughed so hard

Eye do you have D card

Aadhav loves to tell stories when he gets into the car and all of us can’t stop laughing. We went to the phoenix mall and on the way out he told a story about two people and he asked eye whether you have a D card.

Akka alone can out this time?.

It was past 10 pm and pavithra was putting him to sleep. Nandita was also in the bed and when pavithra was not noticing she went out. Seeing this Aadhav asked why Akka alone go out this time and not him, Pavi realising Nandita is not there called Nandita to come and sleep. Aadhav who was sitting on the bed suddenly fell and acted as if he was sleeping. If Nandita knows that he was the one who potu koduthu to Amma that’s it.

Wiki or Vicky

We were discussing about going to pdkt for pongal and the rise of covid cases. Aadhav asked so if we go to pdkt we may get covid and we said maybe, then he asked even Vicky?. We were like who is Vicky for which he responded that Akka is the Vicky- wicked witch 😂😂

Aadhav’s story

We can hit the limit

We went to pdkt for a four day trip. Went to couple of old chola temples nearby. Climbed a hill but couldn’t reach one temple, we took a wrong route. Have to go some other time .

Both had a great time in Mangudi, chasing the goats, chickens and plenty of dogs. When we started from Chennai it was around 5 and we were traveling fast, Aadhav commented that we can hit the limits since not many are around.

Is air alive?

Today three of us went to the beach to get fish. Aadhav asked the following question, is air alive?. I was clueless, asked Nandita and she said it doesn’t and Aadhav said it might be alive. He also remembered in the evening and said that it might breathing carbon or something else.

While sleeping aadhu had a dream and he was trying to hug pavi but she pushed him in the sleep. Aadhav replied in the sleep that amma i am your son Aadhav.

It was very funny

I wrote something similar when Nandita was Aadhav’s age now-5. These are some of the best times in our lives. Seeing him grow up with mischievous personality 😀 is a bliss. Even though it’s tiring to play masa bear for lot of time, I totally enjoy spending time with him.

Recently he is going to the karate class and pavi and love to watch the video of him performing in the class. He says that he will visit pavi in the Himalayas daily 🤣🤣. Meaning he will not leave her, let’s see what happens .

You have to count like you have zero brain.

We were playing counting game and Aadhav counted till 17 and it was Pavithra’s turn to count. She started counting and sensing that she is counting correctly Aadhav told her “you have to count like you have a zero brain”. We were earlier talking about dinosaurs and kids mentioned that T-Rex had a tiny brain. It was really funny

What is the protection of honey bees?. Today in the terrace we saw small bees and asked whether it will stink. I said no, he asked back then what’s it’s protection?. I asked him whether all the animals will have protection and he said yes. Frogs protection is jumping in the water

Today I mistakenly told the time as 1 while it was actually 12. After Nandita corrected me Aadhav commented that “unnaku kannu theriyalanu nenikeran” 🤣

When playing in the night Aadhav said something which Pavithra understood for something so he commented “unnaku kathu ketkalanu nenikeran”

Dinner at terrace.

For a change we had our dinner at terrace. Lot of junk today!! We played few games too.

Besides masha and the bear the games we play with Aadhav are : battle , train game and blend-in. To and him eat well we play the battle game in which we will wrestle. In the terrace we play train game in which he will be a coal or electric train and I will be the police train. Abi will be the person to fill coal.

He loves the blend-in game in which he we have to chase him from the sound he is making. He will pretend to be camouflaged and we have to find him .

Nandita is focused on her own things, playing with the cats and her new obsession the crows. She feeds the crows after our lunch and give snacks in the evenings. A crow is building a nest near our house and both are helping to get dry sticks and placing it in the water tank.

It’s been more than 40 days since the lock down started and the kids are generally taking it well. Nandita is spending time most of her time in drawing and watching iPad!!

Aadhav is spending time with his chithi, Chithapa, watching tv and playing games with us.

Almost everyday we are going to the terrace and playing games. Occasionally some movies and chat sessions is keeping us busy.

We all sat for our lunch and Aadhav asked us what’s for lunch. Pavi said it’s sambar to which Aadhav responded “unnga anniversary ku special food nu nenachan” means I thought it will be special food for your anniversary.
