Which Side Character Ship is the Best?

A tournament to determine which side character ship is everyone's favorite!

Welcome to the VSMP Sideship Tournament, a poll bracket to determine which side character ship is the best. The bracket has finished taking submissions but feel free to send propaganda through the ask box!

Rules:

The ship must contain at least one side character, but doesn't have to be exclusively side characters. So Abolish/Pyro wouldn't count, but Abolish/Pyro/Czeslaw would, and Cherri/Czeslaw would also count.

No characters from other smps, other media, or real life. This is just for vsmp ships, sorry!

Be respectful. Don't hate on any ships that are posted on this blog. If you reblog any posts to hate on them, you will be blocked from this blog. This is just for fun, don't take things too seriously!

The side characters are as follows: Alaric, Aric, Cherri, Czeslaw, Elle, Louis, Morcant, Oli, Reiah.

Voter fraud is hesitantly allowed as I'm unable to stop people from doing so - however, keep everything civil, and if people start being too toxic about it, this rule may change.

Hey, no pressure ofc but i've been wondering when the tournament is going to continue? There was no update after the last polls, and I wanted to check in out of curiosity, if its just a delay or something else.

The tournament will continue soon, I unfortunately ran into a lot of stuff I’m busy with irl along with all of the current mcyt discourse happening so I haven’t had any time to set up the next polls. But they should be up in the next day or two!

WE MUST TAKE DOWN LOVEBITTEN AND FRUITBLOSSOM FOR THEY ARE CANON SHIPS AND THESE POLLS ARE FOR SIDE SHIPS!! Those two are very widespread ships that are common in the space!! Small ships band together !! Do not fall my sisters, brothers, and siblings!! 🤝

Although they are canon ships, they do include side/background characters so they qualify for the tournamet, however as a certified rarepair enjoyer I would be very happy if one of the more niche ships won :)

It’s like basically canon at this point. Cherri would 100% be into the tormented vampire Apo who Odysseus’d her way back to her. Like let’s hold hands and appreciate how silly and sweet their relationship is and how much Apo loved her. She loved her enough to write nearly daily, and even attempt to shield her from the knowledge of vampire kind. She loved her enough to kill anyone she needed to get out of there and back to her. She loved her enough to stay alive and drink blood— BLOOD —and even picked her a flower at the end on her way back to her. I love them, and I think they are perfect together

The ambiguous feelings and relationships inherent to Morcant being a super old vampire... Abolish also not really understanding social cues or attraction (probably due to his autism)... The very awkward care and compassion inherent to raising someone when you barely even know how humans work anymore... Morcant and his son/dead friends' son/protege/living weapon/employee/guard dog of sorts/possible future fledgling/pet cat he found on the side of the road :)
