1) I receive new Medicare #

2) Call BCBS to ask if my secondary carrier needs to be notified

3) AI "Rebecca" informs me that I'm eligible for a "special" offer... A free I've-fallen-but-can't-get-up button.

4) No amount of talking or phone button pushing gets me out of this "welcome" loop.... although "Rebecca" says she's thrilled to talk with me

5) I finally go to the BCBS website and send them an email query

I imagine my new medical button is being mailed right now.. 😐
