Right but as mentioned in the article, there was a loophole some abusers would partake in where they could still buy a gun if they weren’t married or had no children with their victim. S.O.S.: This isn’t a joke or a drill. for the past half year I’ve been dealing with passive aggressive neighbors that now has evolved into harassing me and my friends using intimidation tactics, messing with our belongings like my bike, rummaging through our garbage to leave personal items out front for us to see and be threatened to likely leave. This started from the minute the homeowner next door saw me outback talking with a friend about gentrification. It has now escalated to this and more. A breach of privacy has been made and I have enough video evidence to prove that. I’m talking I had to buy a bug finding device to find out they are remotely controlling our light sensors and messing with it whenever friends and fam would come over. I have video evidence of this as well. I need all yall help right now. I’m fearing for life and don’t know what to do next. I don’t need money I have a job I just need some form of security, resources, legal backing or whatever kind of help for someone in my situation. For security reasons and to give yall some more substantial evidence I can piece the documentation and put it in a public file for all to see. The homeowner’s name is Jean P Behar and his fiance (havent got her name yet) who also took part in fucking with my belongs including bike and plants we tried to place outside which they would continuously fucked up and drained with extra water when we werent watching. Gentrification is fucking hell and I need help.

This was the bug detector (priced at around 200$) used to find the strange hotspots in the studio that would transmit signals at odd times (I’d do a TSCM sweep as best to my knowledge/experience - turning off all electronics at low signal traffic times). It can detect camera lenses and signals within a 10GHz bandwidth (I wanted a 10 because anything from 6GHz would only pick up older tech and something told me this was newer).

this is what’s left of the outdoor plants me and my gf tried to plant in the front and back. they were poked and messed with until they p much died - strangely enough though this didn’t happen to the creep neighbors plants ever. i left them outside there in case we needa reuse them for other plants and sometimes someone rearranges the buckets to fuck with me.

Update: My partner and I spent a good time vocally expressing wanting to take pro-bono legal action given all the evidence and logs we’ve begun, making a police report and everything, speaking with HUD. Continued speaking about redlining and reading articles aloud about it. At one point I had another breakdown and cried saying shit like “I give up”. The next day, the minute we wake up and start making sounds around the studio [again my partner as witness], the motion sensor lights start getting switched on and off and again, usually in sync with a lot of our movements and convos. When we came outside for a talk outside this space, we come back and find

this rope with leaves from our neighbors plant beside it. the plants also lead towards my bike

I hadn’t seen this person for over a week a ahalf and his last comment to me was a creepy “good morning” shortly after I noticed more weird shit out back. anyways as me and my partner walking back home we see em with the real estate folks leaving and completely ignore me now made no contact whatsover whereas before was so quick to do so.

Update: The harassment via motion detector lights and shady housing services in attempt to spook me out continued on. It would especially get active when I’d make moves to leave for work (before I got any where near its sensors) or when I’d watch certain shows or do certain spiritually pleasing things. They’d leave our outside door open for hours until we’d notice and have to go back to close it. This past week I logged em doing it for several days**. Garbage can holding our door open. Mind you we have stuff in the small room that door opens to, so folks coulda walked by and take our shit if they wanted. Here’s a pic of how it stayed for a few days:

Interestingly, it happened after I caught more video tape of the motion detector lights being fucked with while I was watching a show and getting ready for work. I audibly go “got yo ass I wasn’t even watching the show”. I also noticed it tends to happen when I burn sages, typically one or two (happened today as well), and I’d go and confirm that it wasn’t by someone actually walking by there. or do stomp/jump tests to show that it’s not its sensitivity either. Sometimes they’d leave it on and turn it off as I’d open the door. Sometimes they’d go on when my partner would start getting dressed/undressed.

Other times I’d notice our creep neighbors would switch lights on or off just as my gf and or i would be entering or leaving. This would go on for days, even on times when we’re not on schedule, too much for coincidence. Anyways the rope stayed there from the time I posted that to today. I logged that as well. About the bikes: I spoke to a tenant who live[s] in the passive aggressive neighbors/homeowner place and she told me she had experienced something similar first moving in and recently (around the same day it happened to mine - i suspect to throw me off tho like “heeeey it happens to everyone it’s okay!”). She also used the words harassment to describe what she read all that as and she didn’t seem too surprised about it happening to me.. this is how I left the areas of interest as of today [sharing with yall for my safety]

Update: Lots of shit happened since. Lots of confrontation, lots of context, especially that of our own landlord/homeowner and how he feels about me which is starting to make sense why we get such weird service/maintenance here. Firstly not much has changed they just tryina make it less obvious but just enough to make their presence be known and keep me shook. For instance motion detector lights staying on (it has a 30 sec timer to shut off - i read on its model number and its functions) while I leave and turning off after I arrive. Or just shutting off and on as I’m leaving some where or about to eat. Anyways I got into an argument with the dude that normally does the work around there for the landlord literally because I was questioning him about the garbage schedule. and I had asked because he kept coming through making mad noise around there every time I’d come back home or when we’d throw something out so I was getting some serious concern and it got ugly real quick, dude looked like he legit wanted me gone from this earth type shit.

This altercation lead to a txt from our landlord about our place here and how I should be grateful and all this eerily omnipotent sounding shit you hear fake god niggas rant on about. How he’s cool with my partner but not with me. How the music should be, how if folks is behaving a certain way they can be a ‘part of the family here’ and all this respectability politics with music playing even though I always kept it low past 11p and never past the 70% notch on my volume. (esp if a neighbor actually spoke to me about it) From that point on shit got weirder, it was less messing with the lights and more having the dude I confronted pass by more often right after I’d make any typa interaction around the outside area. For ref the altercation happened with a dude named Rafael, and the landlord for our place is Angel Ayala. Anyways I say this to give context to the following events. Our door continued to be left open (about 3 times I counted)

I started researching the motion detector and watching videos on how to operate it right (there at the studio, purposely audible) and it (motion detector lights) slowed down to a few times a day. now it happens about twice a day when I’m either leaving or coming back.

In between this time we had also set up a 4cam surveillance system (yes we thought the same - being harassed daily for being you is pricey as fuck in these gentrified areas) and now the dude aint been poppin out as much as least not yesterday and today since we made audible moves inside to set this security system for further documentation.

I also noticed an interesting thing about that motion detector’s wiring after reading its troubleshooting pdf.. the wiring of ours here goes down to this basement’s electrical room yet the motion detector itself was put way out of it’s placement in order to face our neighbor (the other creep in question) and I read that these devices can hook up to a receiver that’s a part of a remote control typa housing system (and they generally require you place em facing that receiver/remote settup should you have one) but that’s just a thought and some observations on this weird ass place. Anyways you see how far out of its way the wiring goes to face the outside door+ neighbor’s place (far left in this pic) when it could have done all this and not have to extend all that wiring over. I would have placed it further left on that crappy box I made since it’d be closer to the electrical room and still captures all 3 doors motions. (My gut feeling is saying we’re dealing with more than one housing creep with power who wants my loud hood black ass out). Thanks to anyone who donated even a dollar to this or shared some information on what moves to make when dealing with this typa harassment/ housing torture (cause that’s what it feels like and what my mom likened to as well).

Update: Been trying to work through this bullshit so I can have some resources and or move out but things have pretty much continued if not gotten way worse. The constant harassing and popping up just as I’m coming home continues as recently as today 12/19/17. The motion detector light messing as I’m talking or watching things. Switching their lights on/off as I’m entering studio. etc. But today I noticed something odd in my dry ass bank account. A deposit from cali (bank of america, im apple bank) that I never authorized. The amount was $2.97 here’s a screenshot of that:

Notice that it almost mirrors that of my radio city check deposit of 192.97. And guess what I see parked out front of studio as I’m gettin home today? A car with this license plate:

GXX2974. I’m walking up and ol mgmt dude is doing his usual thing conveniently popping out as I’m getting home from work (I hardly ever have a set arrival time too). W/e I go in shower, eat, document. I go back out to take those pics and peeped mad clorox and water spilling over to that car from our neighbors place all the way down there.

Idk what to make of it, im tired, and just putting it here for safety.
