I quiver beneath you in silence

Dreaming of how divine it must feel to be brave

While you rid me of all my defiance

Averting my eyes wasn't ever this hard

They're moths to your indigo flame

Long gone are the dreams of a peaceful front yard

Long gone is my last shred of shame

Neurosis has never appeared this erotic

Black bruising now covers my heart

Swirls under my eyelids- eerily hypnotic

I knew we were doomed from the start

Don't look at me with those ravenous eyes

Dripping with poison and malice

Ive fallen down this cursed rabbit hole

Condemned to serve as your Alice

The dignity that once coursed through my veins

Has left me with startling finality

Like me it fell victim to your wicked games

Which now seem a trivial banality

If i were to ask you who carried the blame

For our eternal damnation

Proudly and confidently you'd proclaim

That i lost you the promised salvation

I've long become used to being no more than prey

To hearing my thundering heartbeat

To erupting in shivers when I hear your name

To wishing love wasn't this bittersweet

Infatuated, i keep searching for her light

Keep dreaming of it in the darkest hours.

I can't escape her piercing gaze that looks into my very soul,

yet seems to wander worlds that i won't ever be allowed to visit

I yearn for her with every fiber of my being

My heart, it clenches when i hear her sacred name

And i can't say it, it is holy, my voice turns a mere whisper when it tumbles from my lips,

to sing her praise or to condemn her, my downfall and the saviour of my soul.

More gentle than a cautious lovers touch,

You slip right through my lips,

Entering me, wrap yourself around my tongue,

Overwhelm my senses your taste so indescribable,

Unique in it's maritime finesse,

The weeds so soft and slippery,

The sesame a necessary reprieve, before the slick becomes too much.

As you make your way down my throat I can feel eternity.

If i wasn't so tired my eyes would be rolling back in my head

If you weren't so good i would spit you out in disgust.

But as it is i embrace your repulsive outside.

If i was to die right now i would do so happily,

Knowing you were my last.

I want to light my mind on fire and feel it burn it's way out of my skull.

I want to smell the melting bone and feel my blood boil hotly.

I want to stop the vicious beast, the parasite that lives in me and if i die for it, then it won't be in vain.

I'll feel, at last, it'll be real, not gray, not sickly yellow but bright and red and outraged, clawing at my vision eating away at my consciousness.

I'll cry, I'll scream and I'll be free to taste the rage that has been living underneath my skin.

I won't be sad, that much i know, I'll feel victorious agony as my mind breathes in it's last breath, thinks it's last treacherous thought.

And I'll ascend into the sky, one with the wind and i will soar as high as i can fathom.

And then I'll find a place to crash, untouched by human malice.

And then I'll rest and then I'll cry, of sadness, not of fury.

I'll miss my foolish, evil mind that once lead me astray.

And i will mourn and i will grieve until my dying day.
