Update: For privacy reasons I can’t give out a bunch of information. The writing is still a mystery. The family did take a lot of this advice. They contacted the hospital translation team and a language professor. They played Disney youtube videos and other kid videos in a couple of the suggested languages. He’s more interested in korean videos and point to korean words on paper even though it don’t seem like he can read, more like he recognizes symbols. He definitely been neglected and maybe because of that is not able to talk much or read. They are having a korean translator over today to spend time at the house. He’s having a good time though! He loves the ipad and carries a soccer ball everywhere he goes and he is doing more things like pointing and clapping. Thank you for all the help! It got them on korean fast even if they still not sure how much he can read or talk.

I turned on my asks so if you know this language you can send a message. I’m also reading all comments. I don’t have more details yet but more local resources will be available once its morning. I took a screenshot of how many notes this has and it made my friend cry if nothing else because the world is ugly and so many people still out here tryna do good.
