I am a Gryffindor, bisexual, the president of SPEW, a nerd, and a third-year. I'm a muggleborn and freaking proud. I'm a feminist. I'm excellent at transfiguration (and basically every other class), and I have little tolerance for stupidity and divination (they're the same thing).

Oh- yeah! we have that essay on color-changing potions due tomorrow, and the cure for cold vs. cure for rashes compare and contrast one due Friday. *sighs* Harry, you haven't even started either, have you?

I find it amusing that every single statement I've heard come out of your mouth today has been a lie. I have plenty of friends, and Ha- Potter said that you were all... busy. Were you ignoring him? I don't blame you, if so.
Really? Well I hope that includes my agreement about your father and Professor Snape- honestly it makes sense that they'd wind up with a greasy-haired, arrogant slimeball like you.
Sure you do- Blaise hardly talks to you, does he? That leaves, what, Parkinson? Crabbe and Goyle? They hardly count as friends- they're just armor because you can't hold your own against anyone.
And I would never ignore Harry. Under any circumstances. He means the world to me, and he knows that. I'd kill for him, so don't you dare insult Harry again in front of me.

Harry looks over at Malfoy, then glances at his friends; the current group is Ron, Hermione, Dean, and Seamus. He turns back to Malfoy, putting on a bit of a facade; he does not want to deal with more questions about Malfoy, by being nice right now.
"Fine. Why do you care? Come to gloat about a higher score?" He asks putting on a voice of annoyance.
Draco looks slightly taken aback by Harry's tone of voice.
"Actually," he says, in a slightly higher-pitched voice than usual, "I was wondering whether I managed to be your salvation, so to speak. I say salvation because you would have failed that essay without me, no doubt about it. So, let's hear it- was I of any use?"
Hermione raises her eyebrow skeptically. She turns to Malfoy and smiles. “Now, Harry, that’s not very nice to Mr. Malfoy here. Draco, why don’t you join us at this table, I’d love to see your essay,”

Honestly, i have no idea short of just locking them in a cupboard together until they figure out their shit. I don't think it's even a good idea, though. I know he's your friend but I don't trust Malfoy any further than I could throw him.
