In order to become a butterfly you have to go through the negativity. It is your journey, it’s just the way it is. There is a special way in which to do it, if you are one of those people who are always searching for light you will turn into a moth, always flying around in the darkness looking for light. Sometimes these lights are naked flames and you will get burned. In order to become a butterfly you go in and out of the darkness, in and out of the darkness, in and out… And sometimes you feel like you are going up and down, up and down… high vibration to low vibration… But we say to you: get used to it. Remind yourself that you’re on your way to becoming a butterfly. Each time you move into the darkness and out is like releasing one of the silk threads in the cocoon wrapped around the butterfly. And the more you do this the more comfortable you become with the process, the more you trust and the more you can flow with your life.

What we wear affects how we behave.

This fact is a reference to the Standford prison guard experiment and the power of obedience. Volunteers were asked to either play the role of a guard or prisoner. In addition to their roles, they were asked to wear the guard or prisoner uniforms. The experiment finds that the uniforms controlled how the participants behaved. Dressing as guards really do make you act like one so as dressing like a prisoner. 

You might say this is not completely true, but multiple other studies have replicated similar results. In soccer matches, teams wearing black acts more aggressively than teams in any other colors. The power of what we wear can really overshadow our personality and change our behaviors.
