Tea, coffee, and chocolate tasting with a view! In Bali, they make a special brew from the beans the Luwak, a cat-like animal, eats and ferments during digestion. I'm not a coffee person, but our guide promised me it was "good shit" and I took his word for it. Also, coconut sugar is my new favorite sweetener.
