hae soo and wang so’s whole relationship is based on the premise of complicated…

it’s so heartbreaking because they are SO problematic - hae soo is inherently un-trusting due to her past, and fatally idealistic, whereas wang so is possessive and dark and ruthless.

they are incredibly imperfect but they love each other SO much, and yet the very things that make them problematic will keep them away from each other.

they’re fated to be star-crossed lovers, to love each other but to have the whole universe working against their desire to be together.
